Challenge accepted. Turns out Enfo GT can be an offroad beast.

Yeah of course I used the Brutus Wrecker to get it up here, but the destination surprised me hahaha.

I can’t find any non-dedicated servers

I can’t find any non-dedicated servers at all.
All the dedicated servers are still there but I’m looking to help others on their world. Around 9pm est, I left the last server I was in as the host was going to bed. When I went to look for another one, I couldn’t find any. I quit and relaunched the game and even restarted my pc with no luck.

My friend is about to return to this game tomorrow and this is the first time we’ve been able to match our schedules in months.

Is anyone else having this issue or is this some localized problem I’m having?

Atlas Dump Builds and codes?

While I've been having a blast with the Dumpy running coal and now iron down the hill. I'm looking to upgrade to the Atlas dump. I'm just wondering if anyone can give me their favorite build code for off-road iron runs in their Atlas Dumps.

Thanks for your input!

Vehicles I think should be added and why

  1. S197 Mustang: it's one of the most legendary generations of the Mustang. It has different years and variants so I'm sure one could fit well in the game. Its an amazing muscle car with endless modifications and uses.

  2. Ford Excusion: this massive SUV powered bi either a V8 or a V10 is an absolute beast and peak 2000 SUV. Its perfect for towing. Its a legendary truck that made the SUV's popular in the first place (alongside the Explorer).

  3. Heavy duty pick up trucks: I think the game lacks in big heavy duty pick up trucks when they are the back bone of local and beginner movers in the US. The have enough capacity to tow big trailers with their 5th wheel attachment. Examples of trucks for this category are the Dodge Ram 3500 (pictured), the Ford F-series and the Chevrolet Silverado.

  4. 5th wheel pick up trailers: these go in hand with the previous point. These trailers are designed to hook up in the 5th wheel of pick up trucks. In this case we have a 3 car trailer, and using any of the heavy duty pick up trucks from before it should tow easily 3 cars across the map. This combo would be the dream of any non-CDL transpoter player.

  5. Japanese style side loader trucks: in Japan is very common to see this type of trucks. For example a Hino Profia would be a great addition to the game, including a japanese truck would make many people happy and the use of the side loading function could bring some type of new gameplay. These type of trucks can also carry cars and special cargo.

  6. Enclosed car trailer: the car trailer we have in game right now is crappy and lacks in many ways, specially if we want to transport high end luxury cars or race cars, they barelly fit and get damaged. This type of trailer should add a higher level of quality in transportation of these type of cars.

  7. HUGE off roader trucks: if you have played SnowRunner you already know this one. The Pacific P12 (and the smaller P16) are both legendary and very capable off road trucks. They were designed to tow the biggest loads thru the worst roads in the world. Since the last update included big cargo and half of the map is hard to navigate I think these types of trucks could serve a big role in the future. Honorable mention: Kenworth 963 and any other oil rig truck.

  8. Toyota Chaser (or Mark II): not every japanese sport car is a Skyline or a Supra, the JZX100 series has become a legendary 4 door sedan car from Japan with the engine and performance to scare any of the famous tuner cars from that era. Also, the base models were great taxis.

  9. Benz W140: no, cheri cheri lady hasn't brainwashed me. The S Class W140 series was one of the most over-engineered cars in history. With many versions included AMG, I think this amazing and legendary car should be included in the game. Could be used as personal CEO car or high class premium taxi.

I left Multiplayer for enjoy realistic traffic

I left Multiplayer because I got fed up with seeing flying trucks and rules that nobody respects (not even the admins), now I enjoy heavy AI traffic, I like driving as if it were IRL and I needed some difficulty that you can't get on servers because they break.

And if you think it’s crazy to wait half an hour for traffic, I recommend that you work on your patience; not everything in the world has to be immediate. Shift down.

Newbie Multiplayer Tips

Hey folks, I'm considering picking this game up and I'm curious about the multiplayer elements to it. I'm trying to understand how progression works in the context of servers.

It looks like you can go on to buy cars, businesses, and homes. If you join a server, are your purchases limited to that server? What if you can no longer access the server (it stops being hosted, or is always full, or too laggy, etc.) - does that mean the cars and purchases are gone?

Also, are there generally many open servers? I'm happy to donate to help with costs at some point, but curious how accessible they are up front.

Thanks for the help!

EDIT: I had a lot of helpful responses so I wanted to attempt a summary. Hopefully I get all the details right:

- Progression, including player money, is tied to a player and is retained with that player whether they're in single player or on a server. Because communities are generally friendly, and progression is tied to individual players, you're encouraged to start the game in multiplayer and will be able to make great progress therein.

- Cars from single player can be brought over to multiplayer and vice versa. You keep your cars with you but are encouraged to de-spawn them when not in use on a server. De-spawning can be done via an in-game menu.

- Property is not necessarily a huge part of the game, but if you do own a home, then you can pick it up as you would with vehicles. Depots, on the other hand, require many resources to build and are not so easy to tear down in multiplayer servers. Thus, there's a bit more risk to having them if you don't have reliable access to the server.

- In single player, land is bought, but in multiplayer servers, land is rented. This prevents non-active players from holding land indefinitely. If you're setting up property on a piece of land in a server, be mindful that if you miss a rent payment (with in-game currency), you'll lose what's on that piece of land.

Was the Oldum loading floor changed?

I wanted to try the trick where you deliver many meat boxes with a dump truck. Seen it in a video that's a year old. I tried it myself and used a Oldum, like the guy in the video. But in my case, the boxes "float" above trailer's floor, so that they don't get held in place by the band trailer walls. Is this a bug or a is it an intenional change by the dev?
