

Progress of first 4 months on MJ
I am now 20.2KG down. Around 44lbs.
Key I have found is constant tracking of every calorie. What I am focusing on now is recomposition. Lowering body fat and increasing muscle mass, which means hitting the exact right amount of calories is critical. I have stuck with on 2.5mg and MJ since I started on Feb 19th.
