Exact bolt size - Trying to get mower blade off for sharpening

I cannot get the mower blade off of my mower. What is the exact size of the bolt. I want to make sure I am not having some conversion error here.

I took it to the hardware store and they couldn't get it off either. Going to go to a friend who has some mechanics tools next.

What are the options if I can't get the mower blade off?

Steep Slope Striper

Wanted to see if the S1 could stripe a steep lawn, so I made a DIY striper from a 2-inch PVC pipe on the plow blade. The 4WD 100% grade model had no trouble on the hill, and the stripes came out awesome. Between the self-emptying bagger, snow plow, and FPV, this thing is turning into the Swiss Army knife of lawn equipment.

Got my Mowrator today but there are no tires in the box

I received my machine today and unpacked the box to find there were NO TIRES of any type. I ordered the 4WD 100% slope machine that was suppose to come with the deformable tires. Looks like everything else is there according to the Quick start guide list of parts but can not find tires anywhere...

Disappointed since I had cleared my calendar knowing it would arrive today so I could get to learn and use it this weekend.

Edit after text I just got from company

They ship the tires separately because of weight so hope I will get tomorrow and be able to work Sunday.

Reviews on Mowrator.com

I have been looking at the Mowrator for a couple of weeks, as it would solve a problem with a significant slope in our back yard. I do find it curious that there are no 1 or 2 star reviews and only one 3 star review on the site. Looking at generally respected brands in other product areas, such as Speed Queen washers, 1 and 2 star reviews are not lacking.

MowRatorHacks - How I use my MowRator outside of Mowing

A couple years ago I broke my foot and wanted to find a way to mow my line without having to pay the high price in my area for lawn mowing, and also keeping my independence.

I did a lot of research, and found that fully automated mowing wasn't for me due to slopes/retaining walls, and a complex mowing environment.

Then I got advertised the Mowrator, and pulled the trigger during one of their winter sales.

I use this thing for EVERYTHING that involves moving stuff, as well as mowing, but I also found a novel use for... Halloween.

I bought a yard ghost from the local hardware store, and hooked a battery pack -> AC converter. After a lot of zip ties and bolting some plumbing clamp things from the local hardware store I got it working.

Since the ghost is motion activated, I would hide him behind one of our trees, and as kids got to the door (and their parents stayed at their car most times) I would drive the mower around to get the kids happy, then drive the mower over to the parents to give them candy while they waited.

I also included an example of using the tow hitch to haul my garden supplies this year to my garden, which is its biggest non mowing use.

I drag around grass seed, haul yard equipment. I have the before and after of doing my hedges. Moved about 8 large bags of debris total with it.

This thing has been everything I have wanted from a mobile workhorse platform.

I also mow my lawn more often, because I just like driving it around.
