4 years ago today the video was released called "so long nerds" this video shook the Minecraft YouTube like the strongest earthquake to ever hit humanity and even went as far as to shake shake the entirety of the internet as a result of how loved Technoblade was and still is.

The words "Hello everyone, technoblade here. If you're watching this I am dead" Hit like a train to anyone who hears those words. He wasn't just some Minecraft YouTuber. He was an inspiration, a legend, and in some ways a big brother to many, with everyone who posts this subreddit who makes a comment on any of his videos is family uploading videos to the Team Technoblade YouTube channel. All those actions are making sure that the phrase "Technoblade never Dies" remains true.

And in true fashion of something that Alex would have done, here's a quote from Sun Tzu's Art of War:

"Prohibit the taking of omens, and do away with superstitious doubts. Then, until death itself comes, no calamity need be feared."

4 years ago today mark the day my world stopped spinning. sure, time kept going, but my world didn't. Alex meant so much to me, to the point where my life depended on him. when he said goodbye, I fell into a deep depression. I could not get out of bed, I lost so much weight, and all I would ever watch or think about was him. a couple days after my birthday september 5th, I got a letter. It was a letter from him, the one and the only, technoblade. that day was the happiest I have ever been in my entire life. it was a letter explaining hospital visits, happy birthday, telling me to keep going. I cannot express how amazing that day was. months later, I was going bowling. i was in the backseat, and i saw the most beautiful sunset I have ever seen. it was pink, the most beautiful, perfect pink. the only thing i can think of was "huh, that looks like technoblade pink". little did i know, it was. I got home, and i saw a video notification from technoblade saying "so long nerds" i laughed, thinking he was saying its been so long since he posted. I was wrong. I clicked on the video, and all I heard was 3 words. "I am dead". my world stopped. my heart skipped. my eyes bursted, literally, into tears. that day i had over 14 panic attacks, and my eyes were beet red. I did not sleep for 3 days. i started hallucinating, i didn't eat. i was stuck in my grief. when I say my world stopped, I meant it. I didn't know who i was, where i was, all i knew was depression. to the point where i couldn't even cry. it took me over 2 years to finally accept that he was gone. I still dont really, but my world kept spinning. skip to 4 years later, I'm almost 16. I have pets, i have a dog with a middle name, named after technos dog in minecraft. every animal I name, i name something to do with greek gods. because it reminds me of him. my bearded dragon is named ares, my dogs middle name is apollo. my password for my phone, and every four digit code has 0630 in it. because he was my life. and he still is, just a little more me. I have a job, I do karate, im on antidepressants. life is rocky, but it is better. this single man changed my life so much, and I can never thank him enough for all he did. I miss technoblade. fly high, and see you later. kady, out.

Has techno, u know… tried for sports. Like during his highschool or middleschool days? If so, what position and how did he play in it?

If he didn’t play, did he watch? Like if in whatever place you stay in. did he go to any games, like a little father-son bonding time?

4 years ago today, a video titled "So Long Nerds" was uploaded onto the Technoblade channel, where his father announced his tragic passing. Technoblade brought so many people so much joy, and It's a shame he had to be taken from us so soon. It pains me and so many others to think of this day to this very day. But instead of feeling blue, let's celebrate his life and what he has done for so many people, because that's what Alex would have wanted us to do. So please, if you can, take a minute out of your day and pay tribute to Alex's life, and legacy with a minute of silence. Thank-you

techno has his since like ten, and here I am playing on 8 year old laptop with 40 frames. and then there’s techno playing at a crisp 120 fps with all the components and gear etc. TELL ME HOW

Exactly 4 years ago today we lost one of the best streamers and Minecraft players the world has ever seen. His channel was the place I would go to feel happy and comfortable. He was my favorite streamer. He was my comfort place. I still watch all of his old videos and streams and I encourage you to do the same. Don’t ever forget him. His life has to be remembered and respected.

I just want to say that Technoblade will never be forgotten.

Technoblade never dies!

Technoblade passed away 4 years ago on this day. I was walking to school and met my friend who told me and I remember my world never being the same again

I didn't watch much of his content before and the only thing I could think was "I wish I could have watched him more"

I don't even have words to describe how much I love his content or this fandom. He has become such a large inspiration for a lot of my work, and he keeps motivating me to move forward.
