For those who have visited, booked, or know the Bhandup market - is this pricing justified?

thinking of renting RO instead of buying, but my main doubt is filter/membrane change. company can say “service done” but how do i know filters were actually changed?
do they share service sheet, old/new filter photo, tds before-after, anything like that? anyone dealt with this?
