Is anyone a from HSNC University ? (Please reply)

So right now they are having their induction programme which will gonna end in 11th july, after that they'll gonna have classes normally.

The think is that right now I'm very sick and I might need some time to recover.

So I'll obviously gonna join the classes in the month of July but a bit late, what I have to do now, will they understand my problem once I visit the college or they'll say about those 75% attendance policies and all.

Or should I just give them a medical certificate as my proof.

What should I do now please tell me ?

How to get admission in B.Com in a mid or upper mid tier college?

My younger sister has recently passed CBSE Class 12 with 84% and is planning to move to Mumbai for college.

She has already completed her registration on the Mumbai University Samarth portal, but we're confused about what the next steps are.

From what we've heard, colleges like Jai Hind, KC, and HR also have their own admission process. Is that true? If yes, what exactly does she need to do after the MU registration? Does she have to apply separately on each college's website, or is everything done through the university portal?

She'll most likely pursue B Com while simultaneously preparing for a professional course (like CA/CMA/CS), so attendance is an important factor for us.

A few questions:

  • What are the next steps after completing the Samarth registration?

- How does the admission process work for Jai Hind, KC, and HR?

- How strict is attendance in these colleges for students pursuing professional courses alongside B.Com?

- Also, how is Thakur College for B.Com? We're not specifically looking for a top-tier college since her main focus will be a professional course, but we'd still like a decent college with reasonable attendance flexibility.

Any advice or things we should keep in mind would be really helpful. Thanks!

Help

So I moved from Gujarat to Mumbai for college (I have a home so not as tough except for finding and getting into colleges) I was a little late for applying and also had okayish percentage (77%) in my 12. I got into a good college but I have been allotted philosophy by the college and I wanted psychology. Now I understand psychology is very competitive in Mumbai but I am wondering what to do if my major change request isn’t accepted.

The dream I have is to be clinical psychologist which requires BA in psychology. Taking a gap year is also very hard for me as I already have 4 years of gap. Now I’m literally feeling so lost and stuck like I had a roadmap and now everything feels messy.

I moved to Mumbai cuz the city I was in doesn’t have any colleges for psychology. Now I feel like the whole purpose of moving is being crashed.

Any advices or suggestions are very much needed. Literally asking for help and suggestions cuz I am very lost.

I already regret choosing this college

Got into sophia college it's been like 2 months since I'm calling them to ask about hostel, and they've been brushing it off saying later later bc now it's July and college mostly starts on July last week and I called AGAIN and this bitchass warden said something bitchy sarcastic and told me to call later I'm so fuckin frustrated I've called like 3 different non-working staff to get info about the hostel and all of them have a hell lot of attitude like wtf I'm from a different state so I can't really go there constantly for all this I paid the entry fees for the hostel form did everything right and yet no one from the college is giving any sorts of clarity about when to submit documents or when to pay the fees or if I even got registered I'm just paranoid about showing up to the college with all my things and being told my name isn't on the list fuckin useless staff I already regret getting into this college, now i feel like an annoyance calling so many times and I'm fucking stressed

any advice before I start college?

I'm in NM (BSc. AI+DA). I'm an outstation student from delhi. I'm planning to move by thie end of this weekend and start classes from next week. Any advice for me before I join?

How is the faculty for my course? How long would it take me to cover all of the missed syllabus?

What all clubs are available? Are there any fests or sumn?

Also since I missed orientation, would it be harder for me to make friends? how is the crowd? and how's the gender ratio (not for the reason you think I just dont wanna be around incels and gooners😭) ? It would help alot if I can know both about my course specifically and the entire college. I lowk don't wanna be around any incel men or femcel women or foids or chuds or just normies in general🙏 (sorry for the lingo and for being so picky)
