Disassembly Duo at the Beach! (Alts included!)

Well, this one took a bit longer than I had hoped! I initially made the line art, but decided to switch things up in how I draw the characters. Meaning I had to completely restart.

Thought it would be cool if the Disassembly drones had "shoulder pads," with their left pad showcasing their rank/role as a backup for their yellow armband.

Since J was the leader of the Trio, I gave her the officer rank of Captain. As for V, I haven't decided yet.

I do want to put something on the other shoulder pad, but I haven't figured out what yet.

Update to justify the wiki to our shareholders. Wait, what shareholders? We're not for profit. Nevermind, I guess we don't have shareholders. But still, have an update.

mdfanprojects.org is officially at 300 fan projects listed! I hear that's enough to fight an entire ancient Persian army, although I don't think fan projects make good soldiers... Anyway, go check them all out because this took SO LONG to get to.

Genuine question: Do you believe that the NSFW side of the MD fandom is an actual problem?

You tend to hear this argument brought up quite often by people trying to look for something to blame on communities ending up getting so toxic and unbearable but I’ve never actually seen a real correlation between these two topics so I wanted to put it to the community to really decide.

whether the “gooner” side of the community is really the thing that should shoulder the blame for the shitty reputation it sometimes gets, or whether it’s inner personal drama that makes it a bigger issue?

I’ve personally seen this same argument getting brought up in the FPE fandom, and the MLP community but I’ve wondered if this is a common issue within indie communities, or if it’s just a vocal minority that seems to spread this idea.

(Personally I don’t think slapping yiddies on a robot should lead to an artist getting harassment, or giving them a bad rep within a community.)
