Sauetkraut and weiner with French 's

Question though, is there any way to elevate the flavor or kraut? I just heated the stuff in a por with some fried sausages and potatoes. It was a little bland. Mustard saved it some.

Canning Mustard - The Victory & The Trauma

I've been having good and bad luck with hot water bathing homemade mustard over the last couple of years. It seems as though I have a few jars out of 12 that won't completely seal or will be sealed and a few days later, will pop. I've read all of the tips, headspace seems fine, bubbles are popped, temps are right, things are cooked properly, tops of jars are clean, you name it, I've done it. It doesn't happen every single time but it seems like it happens enough where it's getting very frustrating. Yes, I'm using generic lids but there's very little fail rate with my jams, jellies, bbqs and candied jalapenos....so yeah, totally not sure what to expect for answers but any help would be great. I make 3 mustards that my friends and family love but I want to make sure they're sealed and stay sealed when it comes to food safety. Honey Mustard, a more Traditional German Style Mustard and also a Habanero Beer Mustard...

Mark and Spencer mustard

this is a million times better than any store mustard I’ve ever had, probably because it’s from the UK where food standards are much higher. Its not just plain yellow, but more of a mustard color (excuse the pun) with the following seasonings mixed in: Turmeric, Paprika, Coriander Seeds, Caraway Seeds, Cloves, Bay Leaves, Thyme, Marjoram

AIO? Because I don’t want honey mustard on my sandwich

My bf came over to my place after work, we were just having a chill day. I didn’t feel like cooking so we decided to order some food. I wanted a chicken sandwich with mayonnaise on it. He told me put honey mustard on it instead and I told him I don’t want honey mustard on my sandwich.

He threw a tantrum and said “You never do anything I tell you to do!” He went on ranting saying I never listen to him and how I always want things to be my way. I walked away and went into my bedroom to give him space to cool off. He put his clothes on and stormed out. He got upset because I didn’t fight for him to stay. I honestly don’t know what triggered this, but I know this can’t be because I didn’t want honey mustard on my sandwich

The previous breakup occurred because I did tell him that I’ll be picking up a bartending job. He didn’t like the idea of me becoming a bartender because according to him, the idea of me dressing sexy puts me on display to constantly get hit on and he thinks that me taking a job like that would be disrespectful to him

Ham And Mustard

I made my own ham and sliced it myself.

Bit of English mustard.

On White bread.

Was nice.

Finally ordered some Colman's. It's awesome.

Happily surprised with the robust, attention-grabbing flavor on my first 2 tests of a turkey sandwich w/swiss and bratwurst w/kraut.
A good balance of strong but not too strong for me. My kind of mustard!

Thinking I need an intervention

Mustard is one of those things that I seem to use in most all of my cooking, and I seem to be trying a different brand/style of mustard often.

I recently was trying to find room in my fridge for one bottle of mustard and had to maneuver 2 other mustard bottles to fit it in.

That got me wondering how many different bottles I currently had, and was a bit stunned when I counted 10 different bottles 😯

Yes, I'm of German descent 😄

I like mustard, I confess.
