No late night place to chill or hangout in the town?

Yesterday me and my friends decided to pull a night out. It was 2 am. We had a car and also had females with us. Surprisingly, we didn't find any places open in the town where we can sit and chill comfortably.

Even McDonald's was closed at 2 am, they said only the drive through is open.

The only place open was Khetlapa and Dwarkadish at College Road which is a bit shady considering you have females with you.

Since there were 2 lady police officers having Tea at Dwarkadish we proceeded to sit there.

But it's very sad and surprising at the same time, that there's no single good cafe or any other eatery where you can sit and chill late at night.

Moving to Bharuch for work. which locality is actually practical for bachelors? (Bholav vs Shravan Chokdi vs others?)

Hey guys,

Joining a job in Bharuch soon and coming down this week to hunt for a place.

I’m looking for an independent 1RK or single terrace room (budget around 5k-6.5k), but every online site is just filled with overpriced commercial PGs charging 10k+.

For anyone living here:

  1. Is Bholav / Jyoti Nagar better or Sherpura / Shravan Chokdi if I want a quiet spot with decent tiffin options nearby?
  2. Are homeowners usually open to renting out terrace rooms/outhouses directly to working bachelors if I walk through the lanes, or is there a better local offline trick?

If you know any specific row-house societies or leads in those areas, drop a comment or hit my DMs. Would really appreciate any real ground advice from locals!

Is Something wrong with Bharuch people?

I am a 24M working, and my township is located away from Bharuch.
I went to watch Brand New Day on the first day of its release. My show was at 7:30 PM at Rajhans Cinema. The hall was almost full, and people around my age literally came wearing cool Spidey tees to watch the movie. I thought that with such a cool audience, it would be an absolute theater experience where the crowd cheers, laughs, appreciates the film, and makes some noise. But to my surprise, throughout the entire movie, there was absolute pin-drop silence in the hall. No one—literally no one—seemed enthusiastic. They weren’t even laughing at the jokes. The movie was a 9/10, and it deserved that kind of crowd.
As someone from another state working here, this was a disappointment. I don’t know what's wrong with people or why they don’t react to movies. What are your opinions on this, guys?
There were two girls sitting to my left. I guess they were from South India because they were talking with end-to-end encryption. In the entire hall, only those two were laughing at the jokes and cheering during the scenes.
Appreciation for them in case they are reading this.
