I am starting to see better designs after the NY tour, I love how every city is their own unique exclusive merch! I am glad they are improving…..Also Can someone please buy me the shirt and poster?!! Please!!!

Since I was a kid I've wanted to be a tattoo artist and I've been in my dream job now for 10 years. I always joke to my clients that if I had more money when I was 18 I would have gotten the three cheers couple as my chest piece. Thankfully that didn't happen, but I thought it was about time I gave myself an MCR tattoo now I'm 35 and still in their chokehold like a teenager.

I posted in the main MCR subreddit a little while ago about the fact that I didn’t actually start listening to My Chem until April of this year. I was in high school from 2004–2008 and absolutely could not stand them at the time lol. I’m 36 now, finally gave them another chance and realized I was sleeping on great music for 20+ years. I’ve been revamping my wardrobe lately (no pun intended) and have settled into what I jokingly call earth tone emo. I like alternative clothes, but just don’t want to wear black and red all the time because I tend to look better in warmer colors.

In the last week, I’ve started looking for older/more uncommon MCR shirts since I’ll be seeing them twice this year. I was specifically trying to find the James Dean/Houdini shirt from the Bullets era that Bert McCracken wore at one point. I couldn’t find it, but while I was looking I came across this thing.

I had a strong suspicion it wasn’t official merch, but thought it may have just been a bootleg of a shirt that circulated during My Chem’s early days. I liked the shade of maroon and love Bullets, so I figured I’d buy it just to add to my growing collection of band/graphic tees.

Then it showed up and I actually read the track list. I have no idea how this shirt was generated. I could definitely see ChatGPT mangling some things here and there, but this is next level bad. I’d be curious to know what prompt they used. Maybe they tried to regenerate the image several times and it started mangling the text with each attempt.

There are so many good ones that I can’t decide which is my favorite. HROWNING LESSORS is incredible. OUR LADY OF AGRROMO is also really strong.

This is now one of my favorite shirts. I plan on wearing it to the San Diego show just to see if anyone notices it 🤣

Does anybody else have completely unhinged bootleg MCR merch like this? Also, which of these is your favorite fake Bullets song?

Are there any meetups before the show for trading? Also, yes, M’s are actually W’s but that’s what was sent to me and now it’s too late to order more :(
