This is how i received my recent myntra order. The product was leaking and it has brown stuff on it, the bottle is also broken near the neck. Disgusting.

WTH is wrong with Myntra??? I bought two items from nike. Got two coupons of 854 each (nike exclusive coupons) and one 10% offer on sbi cc. I paid in full through the SBI cc but I didn't get any discount? I should be charged Rs. 6165 after deducting 684 (10% off) from 6849, but Myntra charged me full 6849. Where should I complain about this????

Okay, this is a rant. I ordered a dress for my niece's birthday from mynta on june 2, 2026. This product was probably imported from china and i didnt have a problem coz this WAS a chinese style dress for little babies. It is from some YK brand. It was supposed to be delivered on 29th of june. On the 26th of june i started getting a little anxious as the order hadn't been shipped. And after raising tickets and a RESOUNDING call with the customer care executive, *drumroll sounds*. My order was royally cancelled as the seller didnt import the product at all. Then they gave me a sorry coupon and i reordered 2 products for her (still within a window of her nearing birthday), 1 from H&M, which is getting delivered today, and another is still packed in a warehouse. Shipping date was 2nd july, today's the 5th, customer exec says we will deliver it by 8th (estimated delivery date). In 3 days?. WOW! Is myntra in a harry potter universe or something?

And this problem is recurring and constant in myntra. There were so many instances where i had to collect my orders from the delivery warehouse. There was this time when i ordered pants for my spouse for the birthday last year and due to the same above reason i had to cancel the order. Then the same happened this year, product sat in the delivery warehouse for 3 days until i went in there and tackled them, it got delivered the next day. What is myntra doing? If they cant handle business better shut it down.

After applying nikeprepaid10 coupon I am trying to add sbi credit card coupon. But nikeprepaid10 coupon automatically getting unchecked!!!. If their system having some rules then why they are showing all coupon clubbed offer??? Maybe they are just scamming uss

We've already seen a ton of AI product listing which is already pathetic. For a platform that denies permission to post "wrong product received" review, they have no filter to check the customer images, I was recently scrolling through ultimate glam clan and a lot of pictures there were obviously AI and not an ounce of authenticity.

I have ordered two wid leg baloon fit jeans for 3500 rupees but received relaxed fit jeans that two were from some other brand the quality was so poor, after that i requested to them refund my money and return the product but they are saying that we have sent you the real product so are not available to refund, I mean wtf is happening with fraud myntra, what's about our hard earned money btw i have complaint about this in consumer court but I want to talk about this with all of you that don't buy with them you earned this money with hardwork please try to buy offline if possible and if want to buy things online than please keep it as low as you can.

I ordered a sky blue shirt from Myntra but Due to size issues, I requested an exchange. However, upon receiving the exchanged package, I discovered a white shirt instead of the sky blue one I had ordered.

I immediately raised a return request citing wrong product delivery. Myntra rejected my request twice (on 26th June and 27th June 2025) stating that their logistics partner confirmed the "correct product was delivered in sealed and pristine condition." What to do? If it was black shirt I would have kept that but it's white and i already have 3 white shirts. What to do now? 😐

Received Fake Mango Jeans during EOSS sale

Red flags : the package was light af, I know because I own an original pair of mango jeans and they are quite heavy. And the product was delivered within 3 days which was quite unusual as I live in an urban area and most of my orders take 7+ days to arrive

Slide 4 above is what I received, no Mng denim tag on back and no Mng denim written on button, the material was low quality and very thin, like those cheap fake cotton jeans sold in typical stores, the fit was even worse, it was very tight and i could hardly fit my legs inside

They refund ₹60 today but in prize section its show already experied on 22 jun how it possible they smartly play a f@ck game with there customer, i gona to complaint with consumer rights now

Useless customer service still says they have set a priority on my order they will deliver it tomorrow this. Same dialogue repeating from last 15 days🙃 any solution?? For thiss

I wanted to share my experience so others don’t make the same mistake.

I ordered a Ferrari F1 jersey from UNRLL.in after seeing the product photos on their website. The jersey shown online looked premium, well-fitted, and had high-quality sponsor logos and stitching.
What I received was completely different.

- The material feels cheap and thin.
- The print quality is poor compared to the website images.
- The fit and overall finish look low quality.
- The logos and details don’t match the advertised product.
- The jersey looks more like a low-cost replica than what was marketed.

I’ve attached a comparison between the website image and the actual product I received.

I understand that product photos can vary slightly, but this is not a minor difference. The item delivered is significantly different from what was advertised.
I’m posting this as a warning for anyone considering buying from UNRLL.in. Please do your research before ordering.

Has anyone else had similar experiences with this website? Were you able to get a refund or replacement?

TL;DR: Ordered a Ferrari F1 jersey from UNRLL.in. Product received looks much worse than the website photos. Feels misleading and not worth the money. Avoid buying unless you’re okay with receiving something very different from what’s advertised. 🚩
