I don't receive myncash so I tried writing a review but even that doesn't seem to work

I ordered a waffle tee from myntra and got a basic white shirt i applied for return immediately it was 3 days back it said we will notify you in 24hr but it's been 3 or 4 day ig and nothing happened I tried too call them the not keeps talking then when I get the option to talk to a agent I have to wait for several hours still no one wtf is wrong with them I try to chat the agents are always busy what should I do now guys pls help

I mean there are so many issues thousands of us are facing with myntra but they never seem to care. Their customer service is worst of them all, they nerfed the ugc program, increase platform fees like nothing with decreased quality (tell more in comments)

Just open this sub and see how many people complain, honestly other apps are not half bad as Myntra today. They probably just ignore us thinking 1 customer won’t cause any loss as such, sadly there are some brands that only are available on myntra.

But what if we just kind of stop using myntra? Maybe make reels on myntra scamming, instead of reddit lets post our upcoming issues on twitter and support the posts in comments so that it reaches their team. And also that the terrible service and poor customer care is clearly visible to everyone.

I used to feel bad that they had faced blacklash over their logo, but now i wish they Face a thousand times more backlash for this shitty service.

Hi , anyone please suggest good kurta sets from myntra or from anywhere under 1200

I purchased a yellow one-piece from Myntra for ₹1,217. The parcel was delivered at approximately 8:00 PM, and I raised the return request the very next morning. Therefore, there was practically no opportunity for me to use, wear, cut, remove or tamper with the product or its tags. The product was delivered with only one tag attached, which is still intact. The additional tag/tag loop now being demanded by the pickup agent was never present in the package when I received it.

Despite explaining this to the pickup agent, he refused to collect the return and the return was put on hold citing “Tag Loop Missing.” I should not be held responsible for a tag that was never provided to me.

There were also unusual delivery issues: the parcel had no proper printed bill/invoice, my name and address were handwritten with a marker, and the payment scanner provided at delivery was a Flipkart scanner. I have retained the product, the existing tag, packaging, and screenshots/photos as evidence.

I also contacted Myntra Customer Support, but the system was automated and initially did not provide me with a proper opportunity to explain the issue. A complaint was eventually registered.

I request Myntra to investigate the delivery/packing issue, reopen and approve my return, arrange a fresh pickup, and refund the full ₹1,217 paid by me. The missing tag loop was absent at the time of delivery and was never removed or tampered with by me.

I have also put up a complaint in Indian Consumer Complaint Forum is there anything else that i can do?

Has anyone noticed that sales in myntra are just posters and nothing else. None of the items in my wishlist and cart got their price reduced, there were some coupons applicable few days ago which have also disappeared now. On top of that shamelessly taking unnecessary fees on everything. I have stopped purchasing from this shitty app just that some brands are exclusively available on it sadly.
