Jaylen Brown trade
Can anyone possibly make sense of this?
To me, it looks like the Celtics threw in the towel in the middle of their championship window. I wouldn’t be surprised if Paul George never plays a game for them, so I guess the best case scenario is that someone decent falls to the bottom of the first round for one of the 76ers draft picks?
And if they felt like they had to dump Brown for nothing, why on earth would they ship him to a rival like Philly? Send him to Phoenix. They’ll never have to worry about seeing him in the playoffs.
Is LeBron James' 2026 free agency sweepstakes being overblown by Rich Paul?
After LeBron and the Lakers decided to mutually part ways, another "Decision" of where his next team will be is coming, so much that his agent, Rich Paul, made the claim 27 NBA teams have strong interest in him. Is that statement completely overblown considering The King is now 42 years old?
If this happens are the 76ers the favorites to win it all?

essentiallysports.comIs anyone else out here struggling to explain that you can think LeBron is a great human being while openly admitting he’s just not your guy? 🏀
Most talk about basketball legacy debates is a total lie that forces you to either completely hate an athlete or treat them like an untouchable deity. The reality of being a hoops fan who grew up during the definitive shift of the modern era is that you can hold massive baseline respect for a player's structural execution while maintaining your own stylistic preferences.
The guys had an incredibly honest conversation about this on the latest track, sparking right as LeBron officially entered free agency. On a human level, the man is an absolute blueprint. He does phenomenal business, he is a great dad, and he has navigated a lifetime of intense media scrutiny without a single character flaw. It actually sucks to say, but he simply checks every single box except for the one that makes a fan claim him as "their guy."
The highlight was throwing it all the way back to his high school junior year when he first hit the cover of Slam Magazine alongside Sebastian Telfair. Dawud was a definitive early adopter, screaming at the room that this kid from Akron was the next historical great while everyone else was completely skeptical of the high school hype. He was completely right from day one. Do you find yourself respecting LeBron’s unmatched longevity while choosing to cheer for other players, or are you all-in on his free agency landing spot?
LeBron has finally narrowed the teams he wants to go to

What’s the point of having these nba “insiders “ announce ever single piece of breaking news?
It’s literally the same 2 ppl. Might as well just have the official NBA page or whatever announce every move. Why does “shams Charania” get every piece of info first? Something foul (nepotism?) is afoot
