Hi Bengaluru! We’re hiring for Growth & Relationship Executive roles in the early team at Home & Hosted.
This is a full-time, in-office role at Startup Park, Madiwala, Bengaluru. It is not remote. Please apply only if you can work from our Madiwala office.
We’re building Home & Hosted, a pre-launch home-cook lifestyle brand bringing together home-cooked meals, supper clubs, corporate meals, private events and authentic home products through the H&H Store.

The role combines customer conversations, lead conversion, cook relationships and hands-on guest experience. Regular phone calls, WhatsApp conversations and consistent follow-ups are important parts of the work.
Pay: ₹25,000-₹35,000 fixed per month + performance incentives
Joining: We’re aiming to have our early team in place by 15 October 2026. (By end of October)
What you’ll be responsible for
Customer conversations
Speak with prospective customers over phone and WhatsApp. Listen carefully, understand their requirements and keep conversations clear and helpful.
Recommending the right offering
Help people find relevant H&H meals, products or experiences. Explain the offering, answer questions and guide them towards a suitable choice.
Follow-ups and lead conversion
Follow up at the right time, address questions and move enquiries towards confirmed bookings. Take ownership of the next step and keep conversations moving.
Cook outreach and onboarding
Reach out to home cooks, build trust and coordinate onboarding. Track what is needed and follow through on the next steps.
Guest relationships and event support
Welcome guests, build relationships and support supper clubs and events. Help make the experience feel thoughtful and well coordinated.
Lead tracking and booking handoffs
Keep lead status, next actions and booking details updated. Coordinate with the team so customer requirements and commitments are followed through.

Who would fit well
We’re looking for someone warm, energetic and confident talking to people, with the patience to listen and the discipline to follow up. You should enjoy taking initiative, staying organised and seeing a conversation through to an outcome.
Multilingual communication is an advantage. Prior startup experience or relevant experience in sales, customer relations, hospitality or events is a plus.
