First-time dropper looking for a study buddy/friends:)

Hey! This is my first time posting here, so bear with me8-)

I'm currently taking my first drop for NEET 2027 and studying from home through PW Yakeen 2.0. Studying alone at home can get pretty lonely sometimes, so I'm looking for a few people who are also preparing for NEET and would like to have a study buddy/friend.

I'd actually prefer a low-maintenance friendship where we can share our study goals, check in once in a while, motivate each other when we're slacking and talk about random things sometimes.

If you're in a similar situation and looking for a study buddy too, feel free to comment or DM me! :)

Im a huge piece of shit and my life is ruined i won't do shi in life pls help me

Im a huge piece of shit and now my life is ruined pls help me

Hello everyone so to cut things small I was a dropper for this year's neet I gave my 12th in 2025 and took a drop for neet thinking I would absolutely smash it but being a piece of crap I didn't do shi all I did was taken admission in coaching

and studied a bit till like august 2025 and after that I started lazing around I stopped going to the coaching and told my parents that I would study at home cause I had alr studied at the same coaching in 11th and 12th for neet but didn't do shi so basically I'm a fckn retard and i should probably be beaten by hot thick piece of rod and yeah so took a drop didn't study shi i fooled my parents whole of drop yr by locking my door and doomsrcolling all day long for like a whole year and my parents also understood that he's not gonna do shi.

Now we jump to now as of 19th August rn im sitting in my relatives home with tears in my eyes while typing this fckass post cause yk what did I do today i just got a withdrawal from BBA now u guys must be thinking how the fuck did this guy land on bba after studying for neet for like 3 yrs so the thing is after may my parents were after me saying that go find a college a course and do something in life which is very right from their side

And then what happened is that i got really fckn frustrated cause yk im a big duffle bag of shi,, and one day my father started suggesting me a career in commerce i mean this mba type career yk and I also got carried away despite having an absolute mad love for medicine and things happened and all that shi and I ended up in fckass BBA in a college around 2 3 hrs from my home I spent almost 15 days there before confessing to my parents that I'm not made for this career and I'm very much inclined towards medical field

And my parents being the great parents they have always been they didn't even question me back and got me withdrawed from that bba program but the thing is in the mean days I begged my mom to let me take another drop cause I'm very very sure that I wanna do mbbs only now they even agreed on pvt cause they wanted to see me happy but cause u guys know I'm a piece of shit I didn't even fckn qualify neet 😭🙏😭 and my parents can't even get me admitted into a pvt medical college ,, now my parents have paid 50k to book a seat in a pvt uni around 1 hr from my house for the course of Btech Biotechnology 😭🙏 which I have zero fckn interest in but I don't wanna fckn do it.

The thing is that I have zero fckn interest in this field I don't wanna work in a fckn lab my whole life and the thing is I also had pcm in 11th which i switched over to pcb only cause my concern was that i don't wanna do btech and here I am on the same place I was afraid of being at 3 yrs ago .

My parents didn't even care about the fees they paid the bba college cause they were like if u are not happy theres no need to do it and bruh the fees was like 2 lakh including hostel per semester 🙏😭🙏😭😭.

I don't know what the fck should I do now parents won't allow to take another drop and i don't think I will able to prep for neet alongside btech 😭🙏😭🙏 pls help me guys

Average neet dropper scenario :-“Sometimes you can give everything you have left in you and still not get the result you wanted”

The scene :- A dark room illuminated only by desk lamp and phone screen light, open books, messy handwritten notes. an exhausted indian teenage girl studying for NEET, sitting alone at study desk at 12:43 AM, tired eyes, messy desk, instagram reels reflected on her glasses, emotional atmosphere, rain outside the window, emotional burnout feeling.....

The note :- I don't think people understand what these two years have done to me.

From the outside, it probably looks like I stopped caring. Like I lost interest in NEET, became lazy, or simply don't want to study anymore.

But the truth is, I care more than I know how to explain.

Somewhere along the way, the uncertainty about my future became exhausting. I started overthinking everything—my choices, my failures, my future, and whether all this effort would ever be enough. I became depressed, distracted, and tired of constantly fighting with my own mind.

I didn't stop trying because I didn't care.

I stopped knowing how to keep going.

And yet, every time I reached the point where I felt like I couldn't do it anymore, I still tried again. Even when I had no motivation. Even when studying felt impossible. Even when I was already convinced that I might fail.

I kept fighting.

Not because I was sure I'd win, but because I didn't know how to completely give up on something I had cared about for so long.

And maybe that's the hardest part of this journey.

You can fight every day.

You can try again after every failure.

You can give it everything you have.

And sometimes, you still don't get the result you were hoping for.

That doesn't mean you didn't care.

It doesn't mean you didn't try.

It doesn't mean you were lazy.

Sometimes, you were simply exhausted from trying to survive while everyone expected you to keep performing like nothing was wrong.

I miss the person I was before all of this.

The person who could study without feeling crushed by it. Who had hobbies, curiosity, dreams beyond one exam. Who could look at the future without being afraid of it.

I don't know what the next chapter looks like yet.

I don't even know where this journey will take me.

But I know one thing—

I don't want my entire story to be reduced to whether I cleared an exam or not.

Because I know how hard it was ...

And even if I didn't get the result I wanted, I know there were countless nights when I kept going when a part of me desperately wanted to stop.

Maybe that's something worth remembering too.🥀

first test at Allen Leader batch coming up, need some real advice

this is my 3rd NEET attempt. did the whole last year online with PW, just switched to Allen offline for this drop. first test is Phase 1+2+3 combined, NEET pattern, on 30 August. syllabus is:

Physics (45 Q): units and dimensions + error (including instrumental error) + kinematics 1D, excluding free fall, graphs, relative motion

Chemistry (45 Q): ionic equilibrium + solutions till concentration terms and volume strength of H2O2

Biology (90 Q): cell - the fundamental unit of life + cell cycle and cell division + circulatory system complete + excretory system complete

that's like 12 days out from today. physics and chem topics are mostly stuff I've already covered once during PW, but biology's got a lot crammed into 90 questions and I want to actually nail this one instead of just getting through it.

genuinely asking people who've done the online to Allen switch, or done Leader batch specifically - what should my approach be for a test like this? how many questions should I actually be solving per chapter to be prepped well, especially given bio alone is half the paper here.

how different does this test actually feel from what PW used to give you, and anything about Allen's pattern or difficulty level I should adjust for going in blind?

also not sure if I should be solving straight from the Allen module for this syllabus, or if that's not enough on its own and I should mix in something else for practice. if module alone isn't ideal, where are you all actually solving questions from for coverage like this

Neet dropper

I am 3rd dropper for neet with bsc going currently 2nd year will start, i I did PW offline coaching earlier and found that it is not good it was not good for me then I took online coaching at home for the second drop again due to the health condition nothing happened in the third drop I am again in the offline with the vidyapeetht coaching here I also found at my frequency is not matching with the teacher of physics and biology specially I can do biology by my own and physics I have to do from the online batches and chemistry from coaching teacher which I get recording t for that my parents are saying that especially my mother that you have invested a lot already so you have to go coaching nothing matters I told them I will give you the good marks but they are saying no I am prefering library over the coaching because my frequency is not matching with the teacher as well as student as a joint earlier so all are freshers like the first drop or everyone is first dropper and it is revealed in the question that I am second dropper however I am third coaching sent message of attendance everyday which is the major problem for me because I was thinking to not go to coaching and yesterday by my own but my parents are not supporting me in this thing right now in 34 test I am getting marks in between minimum as 482 and maximum as 600 , what should I do

How to create a budget setup from zero for Neet CBT mode preparation.

  1. You should buy a budget tablet to use for taking mock tests.

  2. Buy a single-dongle mouse and keyboard combo, or a Bluetooth set, depending on your budget.

  3. Get an OTG adapter to connect them to the tablet.

  4. You can buy a primary test series from reputable coaching institutes like Allen, CLC, or Careerwill. You can also check the CW Test app, as they offer many test series for just ₹1 for extra practice.

  5. Use the test series app or view the browser in desktop site mode.

I use a Redmi Pad 2, along with the Amkette Wi-Key Mini 2 Bluetooth keyboard and mouse.

Ghor realisation

Ekdin mai chala jaunga akelapan reh jayega, need hopium I mean never chased anything in life but for the first time it looks like neither I do want anything nor I have anything to give anyone idk what my worth even is,it's my 2nd drop looks like everything is moving forward but I am just doing it bcz everyone is doing it too some people are taking drop others I doing bsc or any paramedical course that aren't getting mbbs like me but it's looks more like why my life is summed up into a exam why can't I be next elon musk or next innovator or something big like why what am I even chasing I am just doing it for my IJJAT bachani hai other than that my interest in has already been gone since learning same concepts that I learnt in 11th is not exciting anyone I was good in math ik 11th math is different but somehow I limited and put a cap on my own capabilities by choosing based on what makes me more acceptable into my parents eyes and society, idk I wanted to be fucking rich hell as fck but seeing all my relative doctors most of them got success just a little bit bohot sari ijjat in their 50s and all their son/daughter are either struggling with pg in thier 30s or struggling as medical officers ik that too is big but that is not grand they don't travel every year they don't eat out a lot they neither have a life and they don't even have money they take every bit of money from parents even after earing I was dumb and so was my parents pushed me here hard and now saying "hamne thodi kaha tha jo karna tha karta" like they never asked what I wanted to do neither asked where I wanted to go for coaching wasted my 11th going to a coching just for that wasted money so that it won't be wasted and ended up in my own time loss, lost all my friends and everyone now even parents thinks my opinions are just shit talk can't even take bsc or other courses bcz every cousin I know never got success in a pure science field and lived on their parents did bsc MSc then govt job in a field that they didn't even studied for wtf is happening with people and govt idk and I absolutely can't bear the fact that these people/parents feeds me bcz I am not in with good terms of you can basically said "mujhe aap jesi rickshawali type zindagi nhi jini" so can't bear the fact I am living like a leech idk what even is life leading me towards

**first day at allen feels like "kaha aa gaya mai?" 😭**

studied from PW online for 2 drops, ab 3rd drop me switched to Allen Leader batch, joined 2 months late already so confusion double hai.

pehle din hi shock laga, NCERT textbook lana bhi mana kar diya, sirf module se padha rahe hain sir log. biology me bhi sirf module, NCERT ka naam tak nahi. matlab NCERT itni important cheez hai NEET ke liye, usko pehle master karne do na, itna extra irrelevant stuff module me kyu daala hai samajh nahi aata.

is it only me feeling this or you guys

who've done Allen also felt module me bohot filler type stuff hai jo actually zaroori nahi hai?

ab confuse hu ki kya karu, PW wapas join karu, library join karke self study karu, ya Allen me hi continue karu itna time invest karne ke baad. koi jo Allen se guzra hai ya PW se switch kiya hai, please batao kya sahi rahega.
