Bad performance on High End Pc.

I just bought the game, but the performance has been really disappointing.

Specs:

  • GPU: RTX 5070 Ti (OC + UV)
  • CPU: Ryzen 7 9800X3D (UV)
  • RAM: 32GB DDR5 6400MHz CL28

I'm playing at 4K with DLSS set to DLAA forced . The strange part is that my GPU usage rarely goes above 70%, and during heavy frame drops it can fall to around 50%, while the FPS dips below 40.

I've already tried enabling and disabling both Resizable BAR and V-Sync, but neither made any difference.

Is this just an engine limitation, or is there something I can do to improve performance? Any suggestions or known fixes would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: Reinstalling the game made it work as intended, who thought of that :)).

Weird car bug in online mode

Been playing story mode for a couple of months and i decided to play online, now all my cars are stock (livery, bodykits AND preformance/parts) is this normal to happen???

The game keeps on crashing after a few seconds

I played the intro part of the game after which I had to buy a car and start the career but as soon as i start driving the game crashes with this error code

Need help with “Full House” trophy (7 players in a full playlist) – looking for a group

Hey everyone,

I’m trying to get the “Full House” trophy/achievement in Need for Speed Unbound, the one where you need to complete a playlist with 7 other players (full 8-player lobby).

I’ve been trying through normal matchmaking but it’s almost impossible to consistently find a full lobby in 2026, especially in PvP playlists. Most of the time I end up with 2–4 players max or people leave mid-session.

If anyone is still grinding trophies or willing to help, I’m looking for a group to coordinate this.

I’m on Steam, PC, and I’m active in EU time zone (usually evenings), even if I have crossplatform turned on.

Would really appreciate any help or Discord groups where people still organize this.

NFS Unbound graphics is adorable, I really like it

I really like the graphics of this game specially the night time graphics, they are adorable.

I like how the roads look like, the action camera, the liveries being bright and not pixelated, and the car's details.

And it hits different when playing your favorite soundtracks specially old NFS sound tracks with the old liveries.

Same goes for NFS Heat too, I like both.

Done the plat, stayed for the fun.

I don't like online gaming, and I really hate online trophies when going for any platinum. However, with Unbound, it was a completely different experience. I got the platinum a month ago, and I'm still playing online, doing Linkups and different events. I'm not winning every event, but the excitement and adrenaline are more than enough to keep me coming back.
