I'm so anxious rn. Usually im very cool but this nift delayed result has me on edge....im open category and want fc or fd fc preferably will i get in if i get like 60 to 70 outta total 100????my cat was ok so 30 outta 50 gat 20 and st 10 smth idkk someone???

Cliched with the capitals , but NIFT is supposed to cater creativity and honestly with a system as incompetent as what we have in our country, CBSE and 12th itself is a failing clause let alone an exam as niche as NIFT.

There are so many better things we can think , talk and discuss about.

To start with, almost all branches of streams have somewhat of an esteemed maintained colleges and universities but us creative enthusiasts have to settle in with the bare minimums?

even the maximum size for any NIFT campus is a fraction of any other college like IIT-IIM-NLUs.

How are we supposed to be creative if put in a cage of buildings with professors who barely care about anything but the curves put on freshly minted note they're given every month?

Creativity is the greatest act of rebellion.

The system is there to serve us , not the other way around

The only exams I've given are nift , jeebarch[ got 63 percentile ]and nata and idk what to do I don't evn know if I like architecture and wanna choose that path ,

And I'm not sure I'll evn get in good nift clg

I have not taken admission anywhere dont have a decesion no goal idk what to do

My parents keep asking me what I wanna do but I dont evn know myself my plan was to take gap yr and maybe write nid uceed but my parents want me to take admission in a nearby collage for smthing and I hve to take admission within days there if I wanna join

I come from a lower middle class family (5lpa) Genral. And despite my best efforts i couldnt get in my preferred collages. I took a drop year and gave my everything and sacrificed so much but I was a dissapointment. My rank in Uceed was AIR 312. Now only options I hv rn is cept, anant and nift.nift results are nott out yet but i dont expect very highrannk for delhi/mumbai campus fc. Soo being very optimistic I might get hyd campus maybe for fc. Now which one should I take. Logically speaking cept seems to be the best option as it's most renowned but it's for 5 years and 30L which is kinda hard to bear, there is a chance that I might get means scholarship as told to me thru emails. I also got 100%tition and 50%hostel scholarship for Anant. But as far as I hv heard and feel Anant doesn't hv that good exposure and industry network and neither the tag. Now nift, cept and anant and I'm confused what to take. Maybe do a cheap bdes and later go for mdes in iits. But beging a genral is pretty hard to get in and I'm not willing to take that kind of a hit once again. Maybe for for masters abroad. Idk . Tell me what possibilities I can choose or have. 😔

The more I study fashion, the more one thing bothers me.

I am going on a trip on 23rd may. I was pretty much convinced ki result mid May Tak aajayega so I thought either it would be a celebratory trip or it would be a distraction but abb laga tha hai result kahi trip mein hi naa ajaye. Istg challang maar dungi pahad se huuiiiii

A lot of students are losing their backup college options because counseling and admissions for other colleges are already moving forward. People are stuck waiting without knowing whether they should pay fees elsewhere, take admission, or keep hoping for NIFT.

The mental pressure is getting worse every single day. Families keep asking questions, students are overthinking nonstop:

“What if I actually got in?”

“What if I don’t?”

“What if I lose both NIFT and my backup option?”

This uncertainty is exhausting. Many of us worked for months and now we’re just stuck refreshing websites and waiting with no proper communication.

Please, everyone who is affected — call NTA helplines, send emails, raise this issue on social media, and make noise respectfully. If enough students speak up together, maybe they’ll finally give an official update or release the results faster.

Students deserve clarity. Keeping thousands of students waiting like this is unfair.

And for those who says chill!!it takes a month. Wait!!! We are not on the same boat. I have family pressure deadline to pay fee for backup option. And family pressure to join other colleges.

Gng, im scoring 60.5/150 in gat (bdes n bftech), cat went nice but fucked the situation test. Do i stand a chance as a general candidate?

reddit pe crash out krne se jaldi nahi aajayega result. and last year chhorke, every year they took around 25-30 days to release the results. (last year june mein st hua tha toh they had to release the results soon) toh agar 27-28 tak bhi na aaye result tab crash out kro. abhi rukjao ek hafte.
