94.5 %ile (86k) Gen HS

I am getting Civil/IPE in CSAB (agar Bhagwan ne chaha thu) otherwise textile and biotech. I also have CSE@Thapar but my main goal is the tag as I want to pursue something else later and like every other Farhan from 3 Idiots (with no guts) I am doing Engineering just for sake of it. I wanted to ask whether Civil/IPE/Textile placements are good overall and
also I wish to go for analyst/non core so do companies allow these branches to sit? Help will be really appreciated, very stressed out tbh.

Guys i have to join a college for my mtech and i am considering NIT jalandhar

I saw some old reddit post where it was shared that nobody gets single room in NIT Jalandhar

and Privacy is a priority for me at least when i am studying

i have also heard that reading hall is also not like cubicles but long tables

i want to know where do people get place to study in peace ??

my parents aren't agreeing to msrit rvce became its bangalpre and very far and expensive. what are the logical arguments i can use. they found some guy from Bangalore whoa saying i should rather take biotech at nit Jalandhar than rvce electrical or bmsce/msrit cse.

i was going into thapar earlier but it was too expensive, so i chose comedk, as it has 18 lakhs somethin fees, even if other expenses are included its gonna be 24 lakh id assume.

i belong to a rural family we don't have much money. just 12 lakh

I have an opportunity for an interview for a PhD in nit jalandhar I would love to know your PhD experience, also share any tips for an interview too

I've been called for PhD interview by the Humanities and Management dept on 18th May. Is NITJ worth it? I am currently in Jaipur and Jalandhar is quite far away from here and also I'm not aware about this city and all + I'm a female so I'm sceptical as to come or not. Please guide and if anyone of you is also coming for an interview on 18th then please do connect.

4. Or should i go to a teir 3 private college cse

I'm just genuinely confused which would give me a better opportunity 3 years for now, if I don't only want to rely on campus placements and try to go for off campus ones

I want to secure more of a software related degree but i can be flexible. I just wanna know what would treat me better too
