Team Rivalry assurance

I think the NLL should add rivalries to the league, where teams will be guaranteed to face each other twice in the regular season (and keep the league as a single division).

For example, Rush v Calgary is the battle of the prairies and usually the games are close and physical.

Seeing Bandits fans delusionally hate on the Rock is funny

What other team or teams would you want as rivals for yours?

The Toronto Rock win the 2026 NLL Championship

Hey everyone. My name is Josh Young, and I write about the Thunderbirds for In Lacrosse We Trust. Here's my article about the Toronto Rock's NLL championship victory last night, including quotes from English, Rose, Jamieson and Withers, among others. I hope you enjoy it.

Also, our website is having difficulty with uploading photos at the moment, so I couldn't use a championship photo for the article.

Offseason + Philly Wings

Now that the season has come to an end, what are some of the key stories to watch in the offseason? I haven’t really followed free agency much, so I don’t know who is on the market.

I think the most obvious thing that most of us are following what is happening what is happening about the Wings situation, but I’m wondering if anyone knows what the latest news/rumours are. It seems like a lot of people are confident that it won’t be another Panther City situation, but I really haven’t heard too many rumours about who potential buyers may be.

Why is Lacrosse anyone’s game?

I have been a fan for about 6yrs now. What is it about this game that sees so many momentum shifts?

I have learned to be nervous in the final 15min of basically every game and find myself in awe when there are point drives with minutes left.

Scores are tight
Leaders are rarely safe
Laggards are always dangerous
Minutes matter

Why? Why does is this sport out give me a heart attack? A team destroyed one week might dominate the next. Is it just that much of a head game or are teams really studying tape and this is a sport where an offense or defence can really be a student and rapidly react and evolve with experience across periods or even games???

Correct appeal is counted?

Hey y'all,

Any discussion on whether a team that successfully appeals a call should still have that appeal counted and taken away from use?

For example, tennis allowed players a certain number of appeals per set but if the player was correct, it wasn't counted against them.

What does everyone think of the music during the game?

I'm kind of new to lacrosse. I was traveling in the maritimes last month and attended a Thunderbirds game. So I've kind of adopted them as my team and have been following them during the playoffs.

But I have to say, I can't stand the music during play. At the game live, I didn't like it. But on TV it's worse because it just sounds like background noise. It's the only sport I can think of that does this. For avid fans, is this a popular thing?
