Normal walking - your heel touches the ground first, then the rest of your foot, then you lift up your heel and push off with the front of your foot, right?

I mean I guess if you were you in high heels maybe its different, I mean just normal walking. I wouldnt expect people just walking around to gingerly touch their toes down first and then rock their foot backwards to the heel. That would look weird.
