Weekend rush fm

A huge thank you to everyone who has downloaded the e-book or picked up a paperback copy of Weekend Rush – A Pirate Radio Story. The support, reviews, messages, shares, and word of mouth have been amazing.

Seeing people reconnect with the memories, discover the story for the first time, and spread the word has meant a lot. What started as a story that needed telling has reached far more people than I ever imagined.

Big respect to everyone who has supported the journey so far. Thank you all.📡🔥 👊

Raga Vibrations - missing track list

I’ve been listening to Raga Vibrations for a long time and have been enjoying the show very much. I’m someone who really likes Indian classical music but really don’t know much about it. At the beginning I didn’t mind as much that the show didn’t post track lists, but the longer the information doesn’t get shared the more frustrated I am. I can’t imagine that it is a problem of care for the music, so maybe a copy right issue? It’s really starting to feel disrespectful for what must be so many amazing artists that get lost under what must be an incredible generalization of “Indian Music”. Does anyone feel the same?

Did Universal has any impact on music played on NTS since they bought shares?

Title. I know about some Big Fish in Universal, being a zionist, but I don't ask about that.

Has anyone volunteered for NTS radio?

Hi all,

The more I listen to this station to more I want to be a part of it. Whilst I don't have any DJ-ing experience, I'm sure there's loads going on behind the scenes. Therefore, I'm sure I've got skills that could be of service elsewere at the radio station.

Has anyone volunteered for NTS? If so how did you go about reaching out and what was your recruitment experience like? Would love to hear what you did and what it was like.

Additional info about the NTS Radio Player from customer service

Was curious if you can cast audio from it without plugging it in to speakers and got the following:

Yes — you can plug the Atonemo NTS Radio Player into power only and use it to cast NTS to a Chromecast‑enabled speaker, without any wired audio connection.

The Atonemo NTS Radio Player supports Google Cast as a streaming protocol.

Once powered and connected to Wi‑Fi, it can cast audio (including NTS Radio and any supported streaming service) to any Chromecast‑enabled speaker or device.

This is the same mechanism you use when casting from your phone — except the Atonemo becomes the casting source.

Assumed this was the case, but nice to have confirmation. Will have it plugged in to my older hifi most of the time, but imagine this is good for travelling or taking it round someone else's home.

CarPlay

I was wondering if there was any way to flip thru the mixtapes or stations while in CarPlay with on the wheel controls. I’ve just found it’s pretty distracting trying to do it on screen. Is there a third party car phone mirroring app that might even do this?
