Bought shars at 25 avg and now its 17?
How? I didnt check on ut ever since but i was very surprise. Glad i didnt bought too many

I know it's not only NVTS, but the whole chip sector, in fact, the whole market, but this is too much to bear. Market will recover, but until that time comes, perhaps in 3-4 weeks, this stock will probably reach $8. Pointless to sit and lose money.
During the heatwave this week, ~68,000 homes in Brittany lost power. Not just AC demand, an actual transformer failure from heat stress. Italy had blackouts from thermal stress on grid cables too. France even lost ~4GW of nuclear output because the cooling water got too warm. The whole system is straining, not just one piece. France’s hottest day ever.
That failure mode (old transformers that can’t handle modern loads) is exactly what solid-state transformers replace. NVTS makes the GeneSiC SiC that goes into SSTs and showed 50kVA cells at PCIM this month with EPFL and TI. Management put grid/energy at $1 to 1.8B serviceable by 2030, about half their TAM. Chris saying the grid leg is the part people underestimate.
India, the US, now Europe. Grid stress is going global, and that’s what pulls real money into modernization.
Honest part: this is slow. Grid upgrades run on utility timelines, so it’s a multi year thesis, not a Q3 catalyst. NVTS also competes with bigger SiC players (onsemi, ST, Infineon) and trades rich right now. August earnings is the next checkpoint. But long term, NVTS sits at grid to rack with both SiC and GaN and the tailwind keeps getting louder. Feliz Navitas🎄
I’m new here, and not very experienced with trading as it is.
I’ve noticed this stock has been moving almost 1:1 with AMD and several other semiconductor stocks.
What does that tell an experienced trader?
Is that generally a bullish sign?
Does it suggest institutions are buying the whole sector?
Would you rather see this kind of correlation or the stock trading independently?
What would make you think it’s getting ready to outperform the rest of the semiconductor sector?
Is there anything else you’d take away from this that newer traders might be missing?
Also above all, if I’m not entered into any stock and my portfolio is zero, but I have about 40k of buying power. Would you take this bet? And what other stocks would you drop 2.5-5-10k into and hold.
Is this a scam?
This is not doing good. Who is defending the stock and is there any reason to buy this anymore?
Can someone walk me through all the shit that’s happened with NVTS over the past couple weeks? Why we down 10$+?💀 *Yes I live under a rock

Creating a governance threat only increases execution risks and is holding back investment. Why would he want to create such a negative impact? If control of the company is the objective … Large infrastructure projects can become extremely valuable if successful. If someone believes the company’s assets, permits, power contracts, or future earnings are worth substantially more than the market recognizes, gaining board control can be worth enduring temporary share-price weakness.
Navitas just showed a solid-state transformer at PCIM Europe 2026 that reads like a grid product but maps straight onto the 800V DC data center shift.
**1.** The demo is a 50 kW bidirectional SST built on Navitas 3300V SiCPAK SiC, with $TXN C2000 control. In an ISOP topology it stacks to multi-MW.
**2.** It takes a 35kV-class medium-voltage grid feed down to 800V or 1500V DC, which is the exact path the 800V DC racks led by $NVDA need to get grid power to the rack without bulky low-frequency transformers.
**3.** This is not a one-off. Navitas is running a second single-stage SST with EPFL on the same high-voltage GeneSiC parts, and showed a 250kW version at APEC in March.

why is it predicted that NVTS will have a downward trend? it is pretty strong looking at the 5d, 1mo and 1Y
