Owners representative / project manager

I am in over my head on my renovation. I had hired my designer to be the project manager to manage my contractor as I have a lot going on in my professional and personal life. We’re now five months delayed, and I feel totally stuck. Permits blocked, tiles with the 12 week lead time not ordered, etc. The last two weeks I’ve tried to put in place new processes, but nothing happened. I don’t have the time or emotional energy to manage them more than I tried to this week and it’s just not working. Does anyone know a good owners representative or project manager who I could hire?

Does anyone know a contractor that has experience with Brick It?

I’d like to add brick to some walls in my apartment and the thin brick system by Brick It seems like a good way to go. On the website it says it’s used by contractors but I don’t know how to find one who has experience putting it up. Does anyone have any recommendations?
