Looking for two roommates to sign onto a 1-year lease starting November 1st for a 3BR/2BA apartment in South Slope.

I am keeping one bedroom and use the shared bathroom, so there is one private bathroom room and the other shared bathroom room available.

One bedroom will be unfurnished, the other bedroom will come with a bed and basic furnishings (that the current roommate is leaving behind). The bathrooms are not directly connected to any rooms so the bedroom/bathroom assignments can be swapped around.

(Whoever signs on first can claim the private bathroom)

- Rent: $1766/month before utilities

- Deposit: 1 month rent

Hey y’all!
We are looking for 1 person to fill the 3th furnished bedroom in our house.
Move-in Date -> 1st November
Location: E 14th Street & Avenue H (11230), pretty quite and safe neighborhood!
✨ 2 min walk to Q train, stores and laundry, 9-10 min walk to B train.
✨ less than 5 min walk to restaurants, Brooklyn Library, Brooklyn Collage
✨ less than 3 min walk to Brooklyn Library and 6 stops to Prospect Park.

For Move-in -> $1400 per month and one rent secure deposit (Gas for heating is included in the rent.). Also all rooms have air conditioning, living room as well.
Others: $20 high speed WiFi and Shared Electricity

We are looking for someone 20’s - early 30’s who is responsible and respectful of common spaces.

Definitely no smoking in the house!

About us : Jay (21, F) and me (21, M) have lived here since 2022. We have a very nice roommate relationship but also have our own lives outside of the house. We both usually work hard, doing sports, cook at home but during the week our place is chill. This is our safe space to chill and escape the craziness of NY. We attach great importance to cleanliness and like to maintain good relations with our neighbors.
