NJD. New Jeans 👖 Day! I was counting the minutes until the FedEx truck arrived today. These are the new Naked & Famous #MIJ19 (made in Japan, 19th release).

I’m really loving the color on these. All my other Selvedge denim is either dark indigo or black. I really like those, too, but I’m super stoked to have this new color going into fall. The 11.5oz is a great weight for 3 seasons - spring, summer, and fall. It’s heavy enough for you to feel the quality and comfort without being so heavy that you overheat quickly. One other reason I’m excited for these jeans 👖 is because this is the first pair of size 42’s I’ve fit in since my wedding 18+ years ago. This pair of jeans fits me absolutely perfectly.

I had a milestone weigh-in today. I’m down 160lbs since January 2025!

Just got these in and they feel GREAT, really pop in the sun the most. LED lights + phone camera doesn't do them justice. Usually go with the Weird Guy fit but due to the measurements I went with Easy Guy and I am glad I did, may end up with Easy guy from now on. Unfortunately I sit right in-between sizes, if these tighten up even a quarter inch they will fit perfect! If I sized down, I know they would have been too small / tight. I will say though....no tariff email and did not have to pay Fed-Ex upon delivery and these came from Canada store soooo.....yea there's that.....

Want to sell a brand new pair of the Blue Haze 11oz. stretch selvedge in indigo, True Guy fit. Size 34 waist, hemmed by Naked and Famous to a 30” inseam.

Only tried on once, and doesn’t fit me right.

I was just in New York and visited the naked and famous store. I was met with great hospitality and the employees there were super helpful and friendly so kudos to them.

This is my first pair of raw denim, so I’m not sure how to take care of them. I’ve heard a lot of different things from a lot of people and sources. Some people say to soak them right away before my first wear so they don’t bleed any blue dye onto my clothes or shoes. But then again I heard that if you wash them right away, you won’t get the wear that the raw denim usually produces. I’m just stuck in between all the advice options and could use some guidance.

I’ve heard mixed opinions on how to wash/take care of these. I was hoping some of you would be able to steer me the right way for taking care of these and getting that perfect raw denim worn in look!

Giving these a soak and there's a dark blue spot in the crotch that is also tougher feeling than the rest of the jean. Anyone else ever experience this? I swear i didn't pee my pants...

I'd like some feedback on my new Naked&Famous - True Guy - Natural Indigo jeans.

1. How do they fit overall?
2. Especially around the butt, I feel like the jeans are a little loose. Will that improve?
3. How much do these jeans shrink? Size 31 fits me pretty well—I’m hoping they’ll loosen up a bit more. I just hope they don’t get too tight after washing. Does anyone have any experience with this?
4. I’d really like a pair of high-rise jeans. If anyone can recommend something better, please let me know.
