What the heck is this?!

I got a FastBuds mixed auto pack. There’s this one that’s looks weird af and I can’t figure out what’s going on. I don’t think it’s male, and it doesn’t look like one, but the flowers are really strange. Mutation/genetics? Any ideas?

EDIT: Turns out it’s Cannabis ruderalis.
Lesson learned: don’t buy cheap seeds.
