He kept up with Naruto's Kurama Avatar multiple times. Where do people get the "Peak EMS Sasuke is relative to KCM1 Naruto" from? Mfs will see 1 single manga panel of Sasuke making a fist and instantly put him tiers below KCM2 Naruto.

From watching and reading the series the shown powerups, abilties and feats have led me to believe these 5 are the strongest shinobi have ever been in the history of all shinobi at the end of Shippuden. (Otsutsuki weren't shinobi)
