I need someone with a trained eye to make this make sense. I’ve noticed other charts don’t stay in the red for as long as I did after “ovulation.”
It says I ovulated and I had positive LH strips on the Day 12 and Day 13 with NC saying I ovulated on Cycle Day 14- but this just feels weird. My chart compared to others.

Is my Apple Watch giving me weird temp shits? Should I switch to something else?

Mainly just wondering if you guys think I actually ovulated. I did end up getting my period just curious if it’s actually happening.

My luteal temp tends to sit around 0.3 above baseline. Is this high enough to sustain a pregnancy or should I be worried about low progesterone?

Why won’t natural cycles confirm?

Crampy, nauseous, all the things… what do yall think?

My oura ring says I ovulated cd 15, natural cycles says cd 17. I had a positive/peak LH on cd 14. I feel like I’m 5 dpo based on all that?? I haven’t had a dip in bbt like this before (on my fifth cycle post iud removal in November 2025), or really a chart that’s looked like this yet and I’m really anxious about it!! Any input welcomed 🙃

So backstory: we couldn’t confirm, but there mate have been a broken condom on the 13th(three days before confirmed ovulation)…..what does this chart look like to yall?? I’m nervous because we’re not exactly trying.

This is my second cycle using natural cycles, I feel like my baseline is way too high. In two months I have only had 3 days where my temp went slightly above. Doesn’t it look like I maybe ovulated on day 20 or 21??

im newer to temping but have been ttc since february (loosely). i was manually temping (not with natural cycles) for about a month until i got the oura ring 2 weeks ago.

my oura ring and natural cycles app have different baseline temps. currently oura says im above baseline whereas NC says im below.

i wasnt sure if this would be related to lack of data because oura and NC share the temp data? has anyone dealt with this before? thank you!

I’m posting my last and current cycle. My last cycle was apparently anovulatory and then I started my period early (CD 22 - lasted 5 days). This cycle says I ovulated, but my OPKs were consistently VERY negative. Then, I again started my period during the black circled dates, but NC didn’t restart at CD1. What is up with my body?!

I had a big temp dip this morning but also see a line on this test. Thoughts?? I know blue dyes are sketchy and will take a red dye test tomorrow. But curious if the dip means I’m out.

I think my cover line is not accurate this month… I excluded a high temp on cd 14 due to drinking the day before. I did drink the night before cd 18 so could that be the reason the temp is so low? I’m in Florida and we switched to using a quilt for the summer months instead of our typical duvet so I think that my overall body temp is cooler and that could affect my cover line?

I started cramping last night whichi typically do around ovulation.

Month #5 of trying and I decided not to take LH tests this month after obsessing over it last month.

Any insight or reassurance would be appreciated 🤍

I’m not sure if I really know what I’m doing😅 does this look like I ovulated? I took an ovulation test 3 days prior and all positive, the day of ovulation was negative.

Did I just not ovulate this month? I thought I did on day 16, but previous months have been much clearer with a sustained temperature rise before my period. (Second photo is more like usual)

Annoyingly I’m due to start IUI after my cycle starts but my period has been MIA. I have been traveling this month, and away from home a lot but not only one time zone away so no jet lag. Do we think inovultory, hormonal issue or just a really late ovulation this month?

First time using NC (ans the band) and TTC. Did I actually ovulate on CD 20? Or should I be expecting my period any second. I've been slightly nauseous, no period in sight, weird cramps, intermittently really sore nipples. Negative pregnancy tests. On/around CD 17-20 (unsure exactly as we were super busy) I had clear stretchy CM and ovulation pain. Thank you 🥹💕

on CD54 i had a surge on LH test but now NC is saying i ovulated on 53? i thought i ovulated CD55? 53 seems too early considering my delayed temp rise. any insight and is it common for it to get O day wrong? have only used it a few cycles and im coming off a miscarriage

My chart shows that my bbt has risen and confirmed ovulation but my temperature did not stay above the baseline for 3 consecutive days. Natural cycles is predicting my period to start tomorrow and I have had cramps on and off all week. What do you think this could mean?

I have taken 5 pregnancy tests in the last 5 days lol all were negative, although I thought 1 was positive but apparently not. Saw my temp drop so I thought oh I’m probably about to start my period then. I started bleeding yesterday and usually my period is very heavy immediately, but it’s been pretty light. I am still bleeding today and it’s still not much, but it’s more than I would think implantation bleeding would be. But also my temps went back up??? Could it be implantation bleeding this late? I’m so confused
