7w+3d

7w+3d

Currently 7 weeks pregnant with my first. Over the last few days I’ve noticed a gradual decrease in my pregnancy symptoms with today feeling completely normal. No more nausea, boob soreness is very minimal, and I have alot of energy. Sensitivity to smell and food aversions gone.

The only symptom I’ve really experienced is mild cramping and lower back pain today.

My temps have dropped below baseline several times throughout the weeks with the lowest -0.6 below.

Anyone experience anything similar? I already saw baby on ultrasound at 6w+1d with a FHR of 114bmp. I also had a subchorionic hematoma at 6 weeks with brown spotting which seems to have cleared up.

Please help me out? Need advice

Did I actually ovulate? Very long cycle after previously regular cycles
Hi everyone,
I’m currently on cycle day 66 and I’m starting to wonder whether I actually ovulated at all this cycle.
Normally my cycles are pretty regular, usually around 26–32 days, so this is very unusual for me. This is the first time I’ve had such a long cycle.
Looking at my temperature chart, there seems to be a possible shift around CD53, with several higher temperatures afterwards, so initially I thought I had ovulated around then. However, my temperatures then dropped again and I still haven’t gotten my period.
If I did ovulate around CD53, I would now be roughly 12–13 DPO. My pregnancy tests have been negative so far. My luteal phase is normally quite short, around 8–10 days, which makes it even more confusing that my period still hasn’t started.
I also seem to have had several possible “attempts” at ovulation earlier in the cycle, judging by the fluctuations in my temperatures.
What do you think when you look at this chart? Does it look like I actually ovulated around CD53, ovulated at another point, or could this be an anovulatory cycle altogether?
I’d especially love to hear from anyone who normally has regular cycles but suddenly had one very long/anovulatory cycle like this.

LH Surge Strips

Does anyone else have trouble getting the timing right with these LH surges? this month i am going to try to do LH strips everyday. the only other tracking I do is with Natural Cycles and the temperature band, along with symptoms. With life and work 8am - 4pm Tuesday-Thursday (I WFH Mondays and Fridays) its hard to take the LH tests at the same time everyday besides FMU in the morning. Someone told me to try FMU since I drink so much water throughout the day, so I started that a few days ago. I got off my period maybe 8-9 days ago now. Anyway, just want to hear others experiences in that Im not the only one who struggles with finding my surge, I feel like Ive missed it last month and the month before. Its stressing me out and FREAKING me out and I feel like it shouldnt be so serious.

Other FYI: This is my second month TTC (26 year old female havent been on birth control in over 10 years).

TTC, 13dpo

wondering if anyone has ever gotten their bfp past 13dpo… my bbt normally drops at 10dpo and i get my period the following day. I had some light spotting/cramping yesterday but nothing today. I suppose this could just be a longer cycle, but hoping there’s still a chance for a bfp 🥹🌈

Cheapest way to get an NC band?

I’ve been subscribed to NC and paying full price for well over two years. Got a free Gen2 thermometer when I signed up but I’m not super consistent with measuring at the same time daily or oversleeping and missing temps altogether so I’d love to get the NC band (I assume cheaper than any alternative that works with the app, but if I’m wrong let me know).
I get a small discount on the NC Band for being an existing subscriber but it stings a bit that I know I could get it for free if I was a new subscriber. Anyone know a way I could get one for free or cheaper than £60? Thanks! 💖

Short luteal help

I’m constantly concerned about my short luteal phase. Fertility friend and natural cycles wants to over ride ovulation to day cd18 and cd19. I think it was cd17 based on my LH. I woke up with cramps today so I’m feel defeated again. Cycle day 25 (today) is usually about the time I get my period or at least start spotting. Do you think I’m out? Today is 8dpo at the latest.

Am I being too optimistic? TTC

10 DPO and tested negative this morning using First Response. My luteal phase is never more than 12 days, so I’m never sure when testing too early is actually too early. I’ve been having a lot of breast tenderness and some mild cramping, but trying to remain realistic that it could also be period symptoms. The wait to test is so brutal 😭 I know I probably should wait until Tuesday to test again, but I’m going nuts here.

Has anyone NOT been able to get pregnant with #2?

Please know that this is a legit question, I’m truly wondering how common it is to have trouble conceiving a second time. I’m blessed to have had my son 2.5 years ago and we’re TTC #2 with no luck.

Baby dust and positive thoughts/vibes to everyone who is actively trying 💓

Please help, I’m so confused.

NC was predicting I might ovulate on the 12th/CD 15 (was pushed back multiple times, hence so many LH tests). Never got a positive LH test. My period came and after logging it NC is now claiming to confirm I ovulated on the 5th/CD 8 without a sustained temp rise… I’m so confused.

Pregnant Chart!

I had the shock of my life this morning seeing my temperature spike so much so I did a text and it’s positive!! I’m pregnant ! Which is crazy as I don’t think we timed it as accurately this cycle and only had time to BD twice in the fertile window!
I wanted to share as I was desperate to see this kind of info when TTC. I know it’s so early and anything could happen but just seeing the positive after so many negatives is crazy!
I also had no symptoms at all, I didn’t think I was pregnant, 0 symptoms so if you’re feeling the same, don’t count yourself out!

‘A’ — ‘excluded by the algorithm’ I am confused!

Hello! Just a little confused by my chart. I have never had this happen before I am also new to this. This is only my second or third cycle using Natural Cycles.

My sleep schedule was a little different last night .
I took a late nap from 4 to 7 PM (which oura counted as my sleep). Then I was up a couple of times thereafter..

Is that what could be throwing off my temp today??

Disappointed in the app…

I swear it thinks I ovulate two days later than I actually do…

I had EXTREME EWCM (like mucus plug) & felt my self ovulate on cycle day 14.. but it thinks i’m ovulating today and i’ve been dried up ever since

any input or idea why?

Help with chart reading - long cycle

Hello all, I’m going through a very long cycle, and seems to be with no ovulation. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. My doctor mentioned in my last check up I could have PCOS (PMOS), but wanted to give me more time. Been off hormonal BC since Nov 2025. TTA. Thoughts on what’s happening here…?

One note to add, I am on a 28 day antibiotic (Doxy) for long term Lyme treatment and taking low dose Levo for the first time for Hashimotos.

Hearing horror stories, does anyone have any good experiences?

I’m seing a lot of horror stories on TikTok. I’d love to get off hormonal birth control and change to a Natural Cycles + ovulation test combo. Has anyone had any good experiences with this combo? I am someone who is naturally very anxious about pregnancy and like the idea of having a natural period & being able to use ovulation tests.

App won’t let me log first period

I came off hormonal birth control exactly 30 days ago. I actually had an ovulation on around day 18 or 19 (could tell by mucus and symptoms I usually get around ovulation) and have now started my menstrual cycle. However, the app only gives me the option of withdrawal bleeding. I’m pretty sure it’s because my Apple Watch does not take good temperature readings so the app hasn’t acknowledged that I’ve ovulated yet. I know my body and I know that my cycle came back fairly quickly the first time around because I was only on a progesterone only pill. Is it technically still considered a withdrawal bleed even though it’s been 30 days later and I ovulated?

This is all confusing

Hi all! This is my third cycle trying for a baby, my first cycle using natural cycles. to be honest this entire process is confusing and very emotional. I know I am only on my third cycle but I just always thought it would be one cycle and it would happen. This cycle I never tested positive on a LH strip and tested negative today and yesterday. I had some brown spotting today which is not normal for me. Any insight on my chart?? Thank you in advance 🤍

Slow rising temp

This is my second cycle after experiencing a chemical in June. Last month my temp remained flat after ovulation. I was 100% convinced that I was SOL this month since I “ovulated” on the 6th and my temp didn’t start rising until a few days after.

Has anyone experienced this and still conceived?? I don’t want to give myself false hope this month 😩
