Chart Interpretation

Chart Interpretation

Can someone help me interpret this graph please? NC keeps changing up my ovulation date for this cycle and I am worried I’m not ovulating at all since I have yet to get a positive ovulation test and my temperature seems to stay pretty steady. I am not currently TTC, but will be in the near future and want to be sure I’m fully understanding my cycle.

Cycle day 24 no signs of ovulation is it truly possible I just didn’t ovulate?

Hey all!! My cycles are usually 35 days and first time I’ve decided to track my ovulation I’ve been testing daily with strips all super pale also no symptoms that would even match ovulation anyone else relate ?

Need help interpreting my natural cycles graph. Ovulation seems wrong.

Hi! 30F and 31M TTC. This is my third cycle off of oral birth control and our first cycle TTC. My ovulation date seems off especially since my positive LH wasn’t until CD19. What do you think?

Ovulation!

I tested positive on my LH strips for three days—the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. Today (the 5th) they’re completely negative. When do you think I actually ovulated?
We baby danced every day that I had a positive LH test. Do you think we’ve covered our bases, or should we baby dance again tonight just to be safe? I really don’t want to miss my window!
We’ve been trying for nine months, and I’m really hoping this is finally our month. I’ve even been trying the Mucinex hack, and it feels like we’ve lined everything up as perfectly as we can this cycle—medications, ovulation tracking, timing, everything.
The only thing throwing me off is that my Oura Ring and Natural Cycles app both think I may be ovulating today. Has anyone had this happen where your LH tests turned negative, but your app still predicted ovulation? I’d love to hear your thoughts or experiences!

37F | TTC for 1 year | Looking for natural ovulation advice

Hi everyone,

37F TTC for a year. My biggest issue is that my follicles are either not growing properly and I’m not ovulating naturally.

I’ve completed **6 cycles of letrozole**, and honestly, I don’t want to continue with it. It has affected me in multiple ways, and I’m hoping to see if there’s anything else I can do to support natural ovulation.

So far I’ve made these changes:
Drinking 2.5L of water daily
Taking inositol after lunch
Following a gluten-free, dairy-free, no added sugar diet
No coffee or tea (only decaf about 3 times a week)
Yoga twice a day + 30-minute walk every day
Taking NAC

A few things to note:
My vitamin D, B12, and iron levels are now in a good range.
I don’t have insulin resistance.

For anyone who struggled with poor follicle growth or anovulation, **what actually helped you?** Did anything (lifestyle, supplements, acupuncture, medications, etc.) make a difference, or did you eventually need to move on to other fertility treatments?
I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences. Thank you! ❤️

Concerns: My testosterone levels are little high, high AMH 11

Please help what can i do to ovulate and also grow the egg to proper size.

Chart Help?

Does this look like I ovulated? My husband and I have been TTC for one year exactly. My BBT is throwing me off because it’s above baseline, but not by much. So could this mean I didn’t ovulate or have low progesterone? i read an article on how low progesterone could show lower temps/contribute to infertility. I am 12 DPO and still testing negative.

Unplanned pregnancy

Hi! Was wondering if anyone has gone through an unplanned pregnancy with natural cycles, while using ovulation tests and continuous tracking. My yearly payment is up and was wondering if they would give me a year free or so for having to go through this… starting to even wonder if it was worth it to begin with 😔

Why has NC not confirmed ovulation?

I have always seen people say that 3 consecutive temps above cover line around confirm ovulation. The app still thinks I haven't ovulated yet, which maybe is true, but why would these 4 temps be above cover line? Do we think ovulation hasn't happened yet, like the app suggests?

If it helps for info, this is my first cycle after first period after miscartiage. However, i have had several cycles tracked on here (since November).

Thank you in advance for your insight!

Red day on my period 😮

Hi everyone! I started using NC with an Oura ring (gen 5) a little more than two weeks ago. I also imput my period data for the past 6 months, i have semi regular periods, usually the cycle length is between 28 and 31 days. Now I am really confused that the app gave me a red day while I’m still on my period, why would that be? Does it just need time to get to know my temperature trends or is it not working for me?

Crazy long cycle

Hi all. I’m seriously confused over here. I usually have ~32 day cycles. And nothing is making sense right now. I usually ovulate around day 18-20. My LH has gotten high a few times but it appears that I’m failing to ovulate. Has anyone experienced something similar? Of note, I was traveling for a week to the beach and it has been extremely hot where we live at this time. Any insights appreciated

considering oura and natural cycles

I have been on hormonal bc for about 5 years and feel like my body needs a break from the synthetic hormones. I am a 20 y/o F and when I have my period week, I experience a very intense mental reaction from the drop in hormones. If I skip my period week, it works for a couple months and then my period will push through the bc on month 3. My doctor's only suggestion was to switch to another hormonal OCP which is what I do not want to do. I am currently in between getting a copper IUD or switching to barrier method alongside using the Oura Ring and Natural Cycles app as an added layer of protection/peace of mind. Has anyone had experiences with the Oura Ring and/or Natural Cycles app for their cycle and how have you felt about it?

What is going on

Any insight?? Average cycle is 28-33 days but last cycle was only 20. Now this cycle my temps have been continuously low and today is cycle day 33. I bled for longer this cycle too. I’ve historically had the expected rise in temps in my luteal phase but so far nothing

I need some help I’m confused

Hello all! I’ve been tracking in hopes of conceiving. I’ve been using NC for about three cycles now. Maybe 4? Anyways I’m very confused about my charts and temp variations and all that. It says my cycle variations are irregular, I don’t know how cuz they really only vary a day or two and VERY occasionally will it show up super early. It’s also saying my temperature variations are VERY unstable, I use an Apple Watch so maybe that’s why? I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong and I don’t do it orally since my wake up times usually vary a few minutes so I don’t want to mess it up and miss it. Also does my temp chart look right? Usually it looks like my temps are all over the place. Any insight or advice is greatly appreciated!! Thank you 😊

Am i pregnant?

I know the days of me having sex make it less likely. But my lutheal phase is usually 10/11 days long, i ovulated on CD15 and its now CD32 and my temperature hasnt dropped yet.
The day of sex CD17 i had a small leak from the condom.

My temperature of CD31 yesterday said 36.27 (below the line) and today it updated to 36.8 so now i am scared. Is it a glitch of the app?

Help? When did I ovulate?

My temp is being so wonky. Did I already ovulate? Or am I going to today? I usually peak on CD14 and ovulate anywhere from CD15-16.

Assuming I didn't ovulate?

I had an LH surge last weekend and heavy egg white CM looks like my temp started to rise but then dropped today

Hey girls! I would love to chat to some of you while in the dark waters of TTC, it can get super lonely, stressful and tiring. Would anyone be up for a group chat? ❤️

What is the higher temp today?

4th month TTC. Why would there be a rise in temperature today? If not pregnant I should start my period tmrw and my previous cycles my temp has gone to baseline or below before or the day of my period. I took a test this morning and it was negative.
