Hi, 23(F). I just wanna ask if TikTok Pay under Akulaku does home visits? I wasn’t able to pay my due last month, and I’m due again on the 16th, and it seems like I won't be able to pay for my LazPaylater this month either, since they have the same due date. About my TikTok pay, I reached out to them last time about my previous due and they were fine to talk to, but now they’re reminding me since there’s still a month not settled.

Are they gonna visit? My total balance for both paylaters is almost 3k each, but I pay them both monthly just under 600. But now I can’t pay since I don’t have a job huhu. I’m worried they might visit or harass me.

pardon my language and the anger but i am so done with this shitty app and their brain dead customer support team. For context, my nayapay account got locked because of the biometric verification issue, called and emailed their customer support and they told me "we can't do anything you will have to update the fingerprints from nadra" mind you my fingerprints were working fine on all the other banking apps. Anyways, since i had a huge amount locked in that godforsaken app, i got my fingerprints updated from nadra. Tried the in-app biometric verification and the same error, went to meezan bank atm and it required the otp sent to my number
weird, right?
I called their support team and asked what this is about and here is how it went:

"oh it may be a glitch in the atm machine, it does not require you to enter otp for biometric verification, try another atm"

Alright, did that, infact tried 3 different atm machines and they all were asking the otp
called them again

"oh so basically when you select the atm verification from the app, it will show you the nearby atms and when you click on the location you will automatically get the otp"
now i may be very gullible person but even a suckling infant knows it doesnt work like that.

anyways, did that and obviously it did not work.

called them again

"oh so it is a problem with all the meezan atm machines, what you can do is visit our storm fibre office and get your fingerprints scanned there"

itni khwari kaati hai tou ye sahi, where is the office i asked very agitatedly. The lady asked the city i live in, and i told her rawalpindi hoping she would actually give me some useful information.

That mfer gave me the address of the stormfibre office IN WAH. WAH!!!

I got blocked by Naya pay and Sada pay both due to failed transactions.

Is there any alternative which have free virtual plus physical card?

When I try to subscribe to monthly claude pro it gets declined. Nothing shown on the sadapay app. I’ve tried different browsers different devices but nothing helped. Also did in incognito mode. Only faced this issue with claude. Has anyone experienced something similar? I have tried with nayapay yesterday but same issue that card is declined and then i transferred money from nayapay to sadapay and then made transaction to claude but it also declined. No idea why is it happening. Why my subscription is not being done.
