I accidentally bought a subscription worth 25k pkr google play while trying to remove is from subscription list. Yes pretty dumb of me but i was wrong to trust my bank too.

I reached out to google they said to contact the app developer, app support said i should reach out too google since they dont have access. Google said in that case i should reach out to my bank.

Naya pay support said i need an ARN for a refund. Google refuses to give it and the app support said they cant either since the subscription is managed by google play and they dont have access.

I filed a naya pay dispute and they closed it saying:

"Upon reviewing your dispute, we have determined that the transaction in question was conducted using the "Card On File" method. This indicates that you had previously stored your card details with the merchant. Given that the merchant has processed the payment and provided the services, we are unable to issue a refund on our end. We encourage you to directly contact the merchant to address your concerns and seek a refund from them. Your dispute has been closed with this conclusion. To avoid future transactions with this merchant, we suggest removing your card information from their website."

I hate to say it but sada pay is way better at disputes. Though it was for a smaller ammount at 2k. All they asked was for an evidence and they did a charge back without trouble.

Nayapay has now left me in hopes for either google to do something or the app support to somehow get access.

I am new to Nayapay. I wonder why it needs sorting much info, I thought it will be a quick sign. After entering details it says couldn't verify you but doesn't mention what info is missing.

Why it needs my mom name too?

Does other need this info too? Like sada pay or other apps if any, I need to get Claude pro urgently, suggest something how to pay for it? Which app to use?

Basically i used my nayapay account to get a free trial in nebula client skyblock. i forgot to cancel the trial and it tried to charge my account but it failed because i had no funds. I cancelled my trial and subscription. It still says subscription cancelled. 3 days later i put some money into my nayapay account and 1 day later there is a transaction of 6 dollars from nebula client. I check my nebula client account again and it still says trial or plan cancelled. What should i do
