Tiger back piece by Ejwtattoos

One of my favourite pieces I’ve had the chance to make recently.
Big neo-trad tiger backpiece with heavy Japanese influence bold shapes, clean flow, strong contrast, and a ton of movement through the body and water. I really wanted this one to feel alive from every angle, especially with the way the tiger wraps across the back and shoulders.

I tried to keep the balance between readable from a distance while still packing in enough detail to reward a closer look. The colour palette was a blast too — warm oranges against the cool blues and purples made everything hit exactly how I imagined.

I’ve always loved designing, dark illustrative, tattoos. This lady face was really fun to draw very happy with how it turned out.
Would look fantastic on a thigh or a forearm half sleeve.

Hybrid on Ribs by @jack_the_lantern (me) at Thorns Ink, Toruń/PL

Most of the work is healed. The only fresh pieces visible in the photos are the cross and a few touch ups. We wanted to create Satan in a slightly different form, and what came out of it was a human–rooster hybrid. :)
