Just got my last Red Medal!

After about 35 hours of playtime I just got my last Red Medal!

Are there any big resources to optimize further? I'm still #2400 and my brain will not settle until that's triple digits.

Book of life range?

So what is the actual range of it.
I've been trying to get ace medal on every level including the hand of god but some of them have been a real struggle but would be easy if I had a bit more range.
I was just wondering are there some tricks on using it and how do you do it?
I know i can find videos on youtube on how to get a medal in every level but that would just ruin the point of it for me.

Just noticed the spires in the game are very nearly identical to those of the San Diego LDS temple

Almost makes me wonder if it was intentional.

Started the game about 2 weeks ago. That was really fun.

Levels short enough to be able to demand perfection without driving me mad. I've still yet to get all of celeste's golden strawberries and hollow knight's final pantheons are a mountain I might never climb, but NW 's red medals hit the perfect sweet spot of insanely challenging, but still possible to do in 20 minutes after 10-100 tries and not take the entire day just for one smidgen of progress.

Now that I’ve got a new rig, I’m grindin again with mouse and keyboard. Feels good to be back

A year ago I was playing on Steam deck, which meant I had to get PC red times on gamepad. That was frustrating (with one level having me grind for 2 hours for 0.01 more seconds of time) but extremely satisfying because it really forced me to have good mechanics without the console time handicap.

I swept red medals until Mission 4, where there was on flick 180 trick for the red that was literally impossible on controller. So I decided to take a break and go through other games in my collection until I get a PC.

Now I’m going through and PBing each stage to get my skills back in preparation for continuing the story, with my goal being to red medal everything.

And who knows, maybe get the Emeralds too…
