I tried everything it always blinks orange I unplugged it pressed the button 7 sec but nothing. It’s actually new and it used to not work back then so I tried it again today but still. There is no capsule inside. What can I do? Also it doesn’t kept me connect to the app, my bluetooth and wifi is on.

I'm trying to make a double espresso through the double click of the brew button, but it never works for me. The normal single press brew works everytime but only the double press doesn't. Does anyone know a solution to this?
Hey guys, hope my stupid question doesn't offend anyone.
I want to buy a new nespresso machine, one of my friends is advising to buy the one that's for the new Vertuo pods, and my other friend is telling me to buy a machine that goes with the older model of capsules because then i can change from nespresso to another brand (Starbucks, illy,...etc) in case i ever wanted to.
What do you guys think? I mean the Vertuo looks newer but what advantages does it have?
Thank you!!
I've had two nespresso machines, both with seemingly the same issue. The first was a vertuo that had started tasting very diluted after maybe 3-4 months of usage. I tried descaling (with nespresso's solution) to no avail. Nespresso took the machine back and sent a replacement, which interestingly enough had the same issue. I went through this cycle of returning machines and being sent "new" ones about 2-3 times total.
Finally, I had enough and bought a brand new vertuo pop earlier this year. and, as you could imagine, a similar problem arose. The machine seemingly works fine and the coffee is the right temperature and color, but the taste is noticeably off, regardless of what pod i use. This is also after about 4 months of use with a descaling a few weeks ago. I figured i'd see if anyone has had a similar experience before I go through the hassle of troubleshooting with nespresso.
