r/Neutropenia

I was sick for the past few days. I got a suspected viral infection and had a 100- to 102°F fever for 3-4 days.

I did two CBC counts during that time. The WBC and ANC kept falling.

Report 1 - ANC - 2000 / WBC - 3370
Report 2 - ANC - 1196 / WBC - 2600 (13 August)

For the past 3 days, I have not had a fever and have been feeling normal.

Report 3 (today) - ANC - 770 / WBC - 2900

WBC increased a bit but ANC still fell

Is it possible to see such a pattern in viral, and can ANC take some time to recover?

Hello all, I have been experiencing severe brain fog, dizziness and fatigue in the last 6 months and cant figure out what is going on with me as all the blood results came back normal ! However I am seeing that my WBC is constantly reducing as well as the neutrophils and lymphocytes (see attached 3 screen shots of the trends). My symptoms are mostly neurological and cognitive such as less concentration, severe dizziness and brain fog , misspelling and not able to properly make proper sentences. .etc, and my symptoms seem to get worse and worse with time. Any leads or clues on what i should do next or what it could be ? I am currently on LDN and it is helping abit with my symptoms and will be doing a spinal tab test shortly. My RBC trend and other tests have been normal.
