Italian restaurant recommendations near New Brunswick or East Brunswick for a dinner date?

Hi all,

Looking for recommendations for a good Italian restaurant around New Brunswick or East Brunswick. Doesn't need to be a super fancy high-end place, but not as casual as the neighborhood pizzeria. I found Victoria's in New Brunswick but I am open to suggestions.

Thanks!

Westfield VS Montclair

We are slowly narrowing down our search and need help!

We are a family of 5 moving from Westchester to NJ. Kids are elementary school age and one has an IEP.

We don’t need NYC trains except for the bimonthly or more visits for leisure. I wont be working and my husband’s work home base is in Old Bridge.

Looking for what so many do, a wonderful community, vibrant downtown, good schools, walkable if possible, etc.

I love the idea of Montclair, but how is actually living there? We would be using public schools only-do people stay through high school?

Any feedback? Advice?

Attention: Residents of North Brunswick & Surrounding Towns

Hey r/newjersey, please consider joining us, or helping spread the word, for the North Brunswick Township Council meeting this Monday at 7:00 PM. Community members will be speaking out against a proposed warehouse or data center development on our wetlands.

This isn’t about politics. If you’re familiar with the area, you know how much traffic congestion and infrastructure strain already exists. Many residents are concerned about the environmental impact and the long-term effects this type of development could have on the community and surrounding towns.

Check the QR codes for more info, feel free to ask any questions. We appreciate any support!

Great Gym Experience?

Hey all,

I'll be starting a job in New Brunswick soon and am hoping to find a gym or personal trainer to work with.

I'm plus size and very nervous about going back to the gym (I did personal training and weight lifting 2018 - 2021). Would love any suggestions of great gym experiences of personal trainers that people have encountered.

Thanks!
