hi!! currently planning a new england wedding (or trying at least…). and i was wondering if anyone has had experience with any of the following venues? good or bad feedback is welcome!! this has been a really tough experience… other recommendations are welcome but i really am trying to stay under $10k for a venue fee especially if it doesn’t include much at all

Salem Herb Farm
The Herb Lyceum greenhouse
Pond House Cafe
Gastler Farms
Falls Creek Farms (tent)
Churchill Barn
Garden at the Hops
Montague Retreat Center (bonus points if you did a weekend buyout)

I'm looking to have the wedding in February with 20-30 guests. I would rather it not be in a church or a barn which unfortunately limits my options a lot lol. Pretty much anywhere in maine would work. I would really really prefer if the venue offered catering.

I already have union bluff, 165, meadow ridge the loft, and rooted dinners as options but i dont love LOVE any of them really. Union is a little more expensive than I'd like to pay for 25 people, meadow ridge loft looks cold, uninviting, and they dont have catering, 165 has limited info on their site, and rooted is a barn type venue.

Ik this is pretty specific and i feel like ive already looked into allll the options but
