Georgia's privledge

Why is Georgia taking offense to being called privileged? All the cast members are privileged. Georgia said at the beginning of the episode she's been in a grocery store maybe 5 times in her life. Girrrllll, that's insanely privileged!

the way brooks treats his dad is pmo

i love a quirky dad who tries to be involved in their kids' lives. brooks legit looks at him with disgust and talks to him crazy. when they were in the golf cart and he was yelling at his dad about finding his phone??? or when they went out to dinner and he just kept rolling his eyes while his dad was talking about he wishes he would talk to him like he does his mother?? he should be a little more grateful bc most dads would not give a fuck about what their kids got going on

“When I see Ariana I don’t think clothing line”

Well, when we see Ava Dash we don’t think “model” 🤷🏻‍♀️
Just another mid nepo baby being handed jobs. NEXT!

Still not over this shade thrown at our girl Ariana 😡
The nerve of this jealous brat.

Charlie is the most important character on this show, he is NEEDED as the villain- hear me out

This show struck gold with Charlie, he has a great storyline with the crypto torture house (like what the actual f*ck), and he is literally the main part of most of the cast mates storylines or part of their storylines. Charlie lives rent free in most of his cast mates heads, and without his messiness this show would actually be so boring. Watching episode 2 of season 2 just really solidified for me how important he is on this show, and how low effortlessly entertaining he is. All the other cast mates have no effing storylines besides Ariana. Brooks’ storyline is nonexistent, Ava is??? I need Charlie and Georgia to make up because they are both chaotic together.

Mind you, charlie pissed me off in season 1 because he is arrogant and narcissistic, and the micro aggressions towards Riley last year had me wanting to fight this man, but his fight with Georgia because of the speaker?? Reality tv gold. After watching reality tv since the 2000s, this mf is a great reality tv villain, he needs to stay on this show. Ok, now I’m off my soap box.

Hudson…. Ariana is Done

I liked Hudson for the most part last season but I’m sorry the 1st 2 episodes of season 2 and this weird territorial nonsense when it comes to Ariana is alarming to me.

It’s not like Liam is even your friend going after your ex; you just met him. So this “boundary setting” with a stranger is so weird to watch

Charlie 🤢

He is giving me this really gross combo of Jax Taylor and Tom Sandoval but somehow even more entitled. Anyone else drawn similar parallels?

Edited to fix spelling

Brooks and Liam after show

Anyone else loving watching Liam and Brooks in the aftershow. They have a really funny dynamic. It’s the first time I’ve actually enjoyed watching Brooks talk about something.
“Mini pigs are the biggest conspiracy of the century”✋🤚

Whelp…

I was going to ask if Charlie gets better but after combing through these posts, I see that he does not.

I’m a first time watcher and I’m almost done with the first season. I came here to see if Charlie gets better because as of now I think he’s extremely narcissistic, elitist, and his comments about George being poor + all the micro aggressions have me wanting to just ditch the show.

Next Gen Austin?

Brooks mentioned that he spends a lot of time in Austin because his BF works there. I’m sure it was just a throwaway line and doesn’t mean anything. But… I think a Next Gen Austin could be interesting. There’s a huge music and indie film scene there, so plenty of aspiring musicians/artists to follow. I like when Bravo branches out beyond NYC and LA. So many other cities have strong cultural hubs.

Next Gen LA… is it happening?

So whats the latest with next gen LA? Whats with all the chatters online that it’s shelved because it’s not great or they’re reworking the cast? I genuinely thought filming has wrapped and we might see it after NYC wraps? Anyone got the tea? Saw on QueensofBravo Heather said something about it but can’t find what or where?

Sigh Georgia

We already knew about her “ways”, but after episode 2, I’m just even more disgusted. Why the fuck are you still not washing your hands and PROUD of the fact, and on top of that ENCOURAGING your partner to not wash their hands🤢🤮?!

As if that wasn’t atrocious enough, of course she’s the type to eat and spill chips in another person’s bed and not even care/notice. That would be an absolute deal breaker for me.

She is the epitome of that crunchy dusty ass woo woo hippie wannabe type.

I like Brooks BUT

it’s season two it’s time to move past the “omg I can’t handle conflict/drama/I can’t believe we’re talking about this!”

You better believe it Brooks ! you’re on a reality tv show!

I’m not saying he has to join in and start beefing Therese Giudide but I just am so untickled by the pretending to be above it all as if we’re not watching for the petty drama and conflict.

It’s reminding me of Teddi Mellencamps first season of BH when she kept complaining that she just sooooo wasn’t into the FIGHTING and the SHOPping like she’s sooo not like the other ladies. Girl you’re on the ladies fighting and shopping show you can’t act above it now!

If Ava is such a boring non factor, why are there so many posts acting like she the most immoral and evil person on a show that also has Charlie on it of all people?

Like the hate doesn’t make sense for someone deemed boring and irrelevant. It’s such low stakes bitchiness that I wonder if it’s just a bitch eating crackers thing? Or if it’s because she stunning and boring? or if there’s a bit of unconscious racial bias possibly playing a factor in it?

I honestly just don’t understand the vitriol on a show about spoiled nepo babies lol?

Ava

I'm rewatching the second season to date of NGNYC and honestly, and I am sure if you guys are watching too, Ava needs someone to talk to her. Not only is she totally arrogant, she treats everyone like garbage as well as expects that because she is a model or D. Dash's/Rachel Roy's daughter that she should just "gain followers" as well as refuses to act as an influencer. Well I am actually happy she's not influencing anyone because Damon needs to have another sit down with his child and tell her that being humble and kind when you grow up in the spotlight is probably more important than followers, or I hope she reads this post. She treats the cast like garbage and if this is the "character" that Bravo wanted her to play, they've failed. She is unkind and should be booted for a year (or season) and have a kind comeback. Total ick and I really like this show. ✌️

I’m started to feel sorry for Ava

Hear me out before you all come for me 😂.

I always kinda felt (lil) bad for her, imagine when you were growing up your family were connected to Carters, Jenner’s and kardashians, they were literally Hip-Hop royalty but because of your fathers/mothers stupidity your family lost all money, respect and the same A-listers you grew up with don’t even acknowledge your families existence.

I’m getting the vibe that she’s desperate to regain the fame and connections her family had
In the late 90s/early 2000s. In the first season she didn’t think the show would garner her that fame but now because of Paige, Hannah and Ciara’s success, she’s realised can gain fame through her own name via Bravo

Edit : Sorry about the typo in the heading, I was typing to fast

Emira D'Spain (Please keep it cute....)

Some people are lowkey spreading misinformation, so I just want to correct something.

Emira identifies a Black woman. She has an Eritrean/African mom and a Polish father.

She has a white Dad, but that just makes her biracial; and at most, to people who don't know her a non-black, racially ambiguous POC or possibly white. But if you look her up, watch her videos, or see pre-transition photos, you would know she identifies as black. (EDIT: Y'all have to be purposefully mixing my words and/or not understanding me at all; I'm not gonna argue. You can argue with the wall.)

There is a difference between your nationality, race, and ethnicity. Please tell me y'all know this.

(EDIT: It's a nuanced conversation, I'm not trying to argue. This is not hate, I like Emira!)

(EDIT: I mentioned before that she is Emirati, but I Googled how citizenship works in the UAE/Dubai and some people have informed me that she is not, so that is gone.)

Is anyone else getting tired of the whole “don’t talk to Charlie” thing?

I completely understand why people don’t like Charlie, but the whole “if you’re friends with him, we’re mad at you too” mentality is starting to feel really immature and reminding me of high school.

Shai is now getting treated differently because he’s spending time with Charlie (and Shai is literally such a sweetheart🥺💕) Why is everyone acting like he can’t decide who he hangs out with? Then when Charlie was wondering why Riley was mad at him and asked her what has he actually done to her since the last time they saw each other (they were on good terms), she literally said “nothing,” which kind of proved his point. Georgia getting upset that her boyfriend was talking to Charlie at a social event seemed a bit unnecessary. They’re all at the same event and they’re filming a reality show…people are going to interact.

👑Gia and Emira are playing this the smartest. Like Gia said, “Charlie isn’t going anywhere, so you have to play your cards right.” They seem to understand how Reality TV works, that this is their job, and they are going to have to film together whether they like Charlie or not. They’re being realistic instead of making every interaction a loyalty test.

Also…can someone please explain to me why is Brooks mad at Charlie again?😂 I’m genuinely confused. I know his original issue from last season was everything involving his sister, but I thought they had made up. Did I miss something or is he just mad because everyone else is?
