Does anyone else notice that no matter what Charlie does he has this strange pull towards the female cast?
He must be super charismatic because I noticed in season one Georgia was super close with him they seemed to spend almost everyday together. Ava was super close with him, I could be wrong but it seemed like Ava had a small crush on him because she turned against. Ariana as soon as she heard Charlie mention that Ariana was hot. Just going off body language alone in my opinion there was a lot going on with the way that certain members of the cast gravitated towards him. Riley seemed to be really hurt by Charlie in season 1.
Emira gives Charlie so many passes. Ariana gave up her seat in first class on a redeye to sit with Charlie in economy.

i’m wanting to start the show soon well now tbh but didn’t know if i need to watch all the housewives franchises first considering these are the kids from the shows. i’ve watched RHONJ, RHOA, RHOP, RHOSLC & RHOBH so im aware of a few of the kids but i haven’t watching miami, new york or orange county yet. i plan to but for now im more interested with next gen. it looks pretty good!
i just dont want to jump into the series and miss some key points that i would’ve known from the housewive franchises if that makes any sense.
i pretty much want to watch gia, brooks, riley and ariana explore adult hood.

Thanks to Charlie’s significant glow down he’s starting to look a lot like West. If you told me they were brothers and I didn’t know them already, I’d believe you. And West is only a couple years older than him.

Now that we're 8 episodes through season 2, I'm just wondering how many of us prefer a cast shakeup next season and getting rid of some of the Bravo children that aren't delivering anything to the show.
Brooks and Gia, in particular, aren't worth keeping around, and I actually think Gia slows the show down with her scenes. Her dating life and home life just aren't interesting enough, and at this point, she just serves to backup Brooks, who is not made for reality television. He has the personality of paint drying. No good soundbites. No fun storylines.
I think Riley provides enough drama, and Ariana is essentially the star and narrator of the show. But the entire New York locals cast has really made the show what it is. Charlie and Georgia are just so naturally good TV while being completely themselves. Without them, this show would be mediocre (which I don't think is a hot take at all).
So is there anyone you'd like to see gone for a season three?
I genuinely need to know if Ariana realizes how ridiculously good she has it…
Hudson is still obviously in love with her, and his dad is the founder of Zaxby’s - meaning Hudson comes from a billionaire family.
Then Charlie is clearly attracted to Ariana, comes from a wealthy family, and gets a $10,000 MONTHLY allowance.
Liam is absolutely smitten with her, while his mom is the former president of Nickelodeon and a major television executive.
So you’re telling me this girl is in her 20s having three men from extremely wealthy families interested in her???

Gia’s had almost the whole cast on at this point and I really respected how honest Riley was. She didn’t dodge anything. It’s insane that people would sent her hate texts over a show, I feel awful for her but anyways here’s a recap…
• Gia asked if she’d change anything about the season and Riley just went “I would do everything differently.” Not a single attempt to defend it lol
• She said she watched it back and looked like a spoiled brat.
• Okay the actual big reveal: her phone number got leaked after her episode aired and people were texting her racist stuff. She had to shut her phone off for a whole week
• So that’s why she never hit up Ariana after. Everyone thought she was being shady but she was literally just offline
• She was really clear about where the line is. Drag her for the show, call her spoiled, whatever, she gets it. The racism is what she’s not taking
• Been filming since she was SEVEN years old on RHOA. Says the plus side is she already heard every mean thing anyone could say before she hit adulthood so comments barely register now
• Best line of the whole thing: “I have to be okay with making other people uncomfortable so that I can have good mental health.” She said out loud that she knows that sounds bad and then said it anyway
• Started therapy really young because of the TV stuff. Said it took her forever to get to a place where she could put herself first
• She’s STILL applying to law school. Her LSAT tutor watched her hop on Zoom five minutes late and was basically like girl how are you doing law school and filming at the same time
• Her actual dream though is her own marketing firm. Says people already come to her for business advice
• On not following in Kandi’s footsteps: she said the singing is not it 😭 loves her mom, just isn’t trying to be her
• She DJs and straight up used the episode to say she’s open for bookings.
• Christian’s (her BF is also a Christian lol) private but she talked about him a bit. Said what easy looks like is waking up happy and not stressing. Sweet
I want to start by saying I’m not a fan of him, but I’m still grateful for him because:
I’m a 35 years old gay man, and when I was 25 I was so in the closet I literally stripped away all my personality traits, so nobody could see the real me.
Still to this day I am more likely to try to be invisible, not to upset anyone, keep my real opinions to myself, because if Im not perfect I am afraid to give a reason for people to attack me (like I was bullied as a child)
But Brooks is so spoiled, and out of touch, and sometimes mean, sometimes annoying, and most of reddit hates him BUT he still has the right to exist.
Even if he is annoying he survives, nothing bad happened with him, his family and friends still like him.
He taught me that gay person can be as annoying as straight men. And we don’t need to be perfect. Of course we should be trying to be a better versions of ourselves, but we don’t need to hide all our annoying traits to please everyone, and be a perfectionist, and try to make everyone like us.
Maybe Im crazy, maybe this has been said before, but Charlie IS Helga Pataki irl.
I actually find shai really refreshing he seems to have a good heart it’s nice to have someone who is truly just being themselves and finding their vs those who are used to the cameras and more trained or egotistic. I really hope we get to see him again in season 3!

After checking out his instagram profile I was so pleasantly surprised how outspoken he is for the right causes.
I really wish he would have stayed, because he would be such a good contrast to the privileged, out of touch cast members.

They seem to just see it as a vehicle for future Bravo casting. Its not even entertaining. Two episodes stretched out on BravoCon. All we saw were the sit down dinners and clips of the conference. None of the fun or laid back scenes. VPR gave us so much more of their actual life. If they dont want to be on a show about 20 somethings then why be on it.
I feel like Gia's boyfriend when he says "we've had this conversation so many times already". Like yep, and we've seen it on other shows with older cast mates. Lighten up and have fun.
