or do i need to buy a windows laptop also?

I’m currently inclined toward buying either the ASUS ExpertBook P3 or ASUS Vivobook 16, both with the Intel Core Ultra 5 225H and 16 GB RAM. However, I’m also considering whether I should get a laptop with an RTX 3050 instead, especially since I’ll be pursuing CSE.

My budget is ₹80,000–₹85,000 max. I’d really appreciate your honest opinions and recommendations on which option would be better for me.
