Just beat Ni No Kuni and began the sequel and seeking opinions about differences

I just played and beat the first game and had a great time. I was looking forward to the sequel but the combat seems different, I have just gotten through the beginning part. Seems more like a regular action combat game with stealth elements? Normally I prefer turn based RPGs but I found the combat from the first game fun. Not sure about this and wondering for those who have played the sequel, is it as different as it seems? I've heard mixed reviews here or there but someone I really respect their opinion really enjoyed the second game. It just seems so different I'm not sure about continuing and appreciate any input.

Awesome ad?

Got a random ad for eBay on reddit today. Haven't played this game in years. Basically since it came out. Was cool to see and now I want a Mr. Drippy.

Would anyone kindly have the Wizard's Companion PDF in high quality with all the pages?

Hi

As the title says, would anyone happen to have the Wizard's Companion PDF in high quality with all the pages?

I know it exists because I had it in a now dead HDD, there's one in another thread but it's missing several pages. There's some floating around with all the pages but lower quality.

I'd like to print it for myself to play the game.

Any help would be very much welcome.

trying to find a scene but dont remember the side quest

Artist needs a muse (its not the wild girl) he asks for a closer look at Esthers face, then when you come back she is horrified that she was used as a model for the cow woman

Item lists

Has there ever been a definitive item list created for NNK2 that includes ALL dlc items. And by list I mean a fully categorised list? I am working on an equipment mutator/changer for 2 on Switch and it works only issue I have is i cannot categorise the list I have of DLC and possibly post game items. So it looks a mess.

So instead of corrupting saves which I have only done 7 times so far if I can get this definitive categorised list I will have it working. Thanks for any help.

I found an Hard Mod but is not for switch

I found the mod here:

https://gamebanana.com/mods/622671

Seems to replace the easy mode with the hard mode but i think is just for windows.

Is there a way to convert it in a switch mod?
I would like to play the game in this way.

Power levels

Is it just me or does anyone else feel like Oliver is the only viable character in boss fights. I'm definitely not underleved in any means, but I feel like every boss fight the only thing I do is sit in the backlines with Oliver and cast spells while the rest of the squad gets wiped in a couple seconds. I almost never use familiars unless I get a "Chance!" window. Is this user error or is anyone else experiencing a similar thing?

Ni No Kuni 2 Level Requirements

Hey guys, I'm playing Ni No Kuni 2 for the first time and have completed almost all the side quests and cursed creatures, exploring practically every area in the game.

Some quests require you to be level 120, but my entire party is at level 70. Searching online, some have even complained that 120 is a bit too low to be able to do everything.

Any advice on this? Do I really have to go through 70 levels fighting wild monsters?

why is this game difficult even on easy mode? the only easy thing about it is the freaking Guiding Star.

I've tried playing this before but i can never get past the Big Smoky boss. also why is nothing in this game intuitive?
