Hey all! My family has fall break this week. Considering taking 5 days and taking a 11 hour trip (each way) to Toronto and Niagara. Worth it?

Looking to visit Niagra falls/ surrounding areas Canada side over the weekend of October 17th. My husband and I will be visiting for our anniversary and plan to bring our little dog. I’m wanting to get people’s opinions on if it’s a good idea or not. We plan to stay at an Airbnb and bring him pretty much everywhere. We aren’t really big on doing a ton of excursions. We were thinking of doing just the maid of the mist and maybe going behind the falls. It’s our first time there so we need recommendations on restaurants that are dog friendly and local hiking, sightseeing and places that are a must see. We will be leaving him back at the Airbnb for the maid of the mist but everywhere else we would like to include him.
