Im using thrilling tales and currently have around 2500 attack, which is not even close to the 4k cap
How much attack is reasonably expected when using Thrilling Tales and not an attack% weapon?

I'm just focused on Sandrone artifacts, but I'm gradually building some additional Attack/ER pieces for Nicole.
Even with some trash rolls, she's basically at every threshold needed. She doesn't need any additional Attack or ER, and is basically just adding to these stats for vanity
4.2k Base Attack and 200% ER seems like the upper end, but who knows. I'll probably get her maxed out before getting a single good Sandrone piece.
I think this is the first 5-roll I have in this game! Honestly couldn’t believe it when I saw it
I don't really have any good Catalysts outside of Baizhu's donut (which was a lost 50/50) and it's my only 5 star catalyst that's free. Should I use it on her or are some 4 star choices better?
edit: to add to this, I have all 4 star event weapons if that changes something
What should I change artifacts wise and should I change her weapon to the widsith?

Now that we know more about Sandrone and Yae, I was wondering whether C6 Nicole was still useful (over let’s say C2) and what artifact set to give her ?
Indeed, stellar conduct seems to ignore defense and it will be the bulk of Yae and Sandrone’s damage so the def decrease doesn’t work. Moreover, a lot of Nicole’s value is in her set which won’t work since there won’t be a Hex member and stellar reactions don’t benefit from dmg bonus%. Therefore what artifact to give ?
I feel like the way stellar conduct works (i.e same as lunar) makes so that her defense shred and dmg from artifact are irrelevant and decrease her value as c6 unit, although people seem to say her C6 is one of the best in the game.
If you have any opinion I’d love to hear it

I sadly don't own Nicole right now, but I'm a believer in her kit (Shield Bennett?!).
I don't own any hex DPS characters and don't plan to get any. I do have C0 Durin for some hex synergy, although he belongs to Varesa at the moment and that would sadly have to change if I get Nicole
I love saving for and vertically investing into support characters because it feels like raising the floor of my account while making weaker characters potentially relevant. C2 Furina, C2 Citlali, C2 Lauma, and (soon) C2 Columbina.
I wanted to make Nicole my next project and save for her C2 (and hopefully R1) after I grab Columbina's C2 on her next rerun.
Am I lost in the sauce? Or is she as fantastic as her kit seems?
Finally, my Nicole has 4k attack without Pyro Resonance but I'm still not free from that domain. :((
