Sort a brother out, been using snus since the Og days in 2018, now they’re stupidly banned in oz, I’m chasing them online. Snus direct no longer working.

Since the recent ban , has anyone had any luck with ordering overseas, the two big sites white pouches and snus direct will no longer send here :(, local vendors are 25-30 ea tin which is ridiculous

I’m curious to see how many people have started with nicotine pouches vs having used nicotine by other means before switching to pouches. If you started with pouches do you regret it? Is it worth it?

3 months ago I quit vaping and started using zyns to try and be “healthier.” Ever since then, I have had shortness of breath and chest pains almost everyday. I have been to the Emergency room multiple times since then thinking I was having a heart attack. All of my tests (EKGs, chest X-rays, chest CT scan, echocardiogram, stress test, 7 day holter monitor, and bloodwork (troponin) have come back normal. I also have Pots but have never had any of these issues before. I also never had these symptoms while vaping. I’m wondering if anyone else can relate to this? I just find it odd that I’ve been using nicotine for 2 years without any issues, and after starting zyn these symptoms started.

Hey all, I’m thinking of starting to use pouches for when I’m in the office doing mundane tasks

For context I was using nicotine unhealthily in my teens and early twenties. I was addicted to vapes and high dose pouches. Now I’ve been completely sober from nicotine for just under a year.

I work half in office doing super boring mundane things like answering emails and whatnot. Other half of the time I’m on a job site.

I have ADHD and have been struggling keeping focus at work and staying on task. I didn’t have this issue when I was using pouches in the office so I’m thinking of starting to use a low dose pouch ONLY when in the office doing boring ass work.

I’m going to set strict guidelines for myself to only use them when in the office and never after work/weekends.

I do not want to get addicted again but I really want the focus and concentration that comes from nicotine

Do you guys think this will work or is it a bad idea
