How to improve my Nilou and her team?

I've had Nilou for quite a while now and I've got her C2 recently along with Lauma C1, however when I used her, I'm only getting around 60-70k DPS on the miliastra test dummy. I was wondering why my damage is so low even though I've invested so much into this team. If there's anything that I could improve e.g. artifacts, artifact sets, talents, rotations, constellations please tell me as I'm unsure what to do.

How is Silver Light on Nilou?

I feel like a lack a truly good sword for my newly obtained C2 Nilou. Is the event weapon good on her? I'm currently using R5 Serenity's Call and would use her in a Nefer team.

need help with nilou cosplay

hi everyone. i am a big fan of nilou and i recently found a relatively cheap cosplay of her paid outfit Breath of the Sabaa. the only issue is that im white and i dont want to accidentally culturally appropriate by cosplaying her. would it be offensive to buy and wear that outfit of hers?

Non Bloom teams for C1

I plan on picking Nilou from the selector and then also getting her C1 from temper thyself but I'm not really interested in using her only in bloom teams. What are some other teams for her and how would her build be different from regular triple HP%?
