People from the US, what's your take on the relaunch of the Ninja 300?

Just curious, as a non-American. From where i belong, the Ninja 300 is a pretty exotic bike, and certainly not a beginner bike. Whenever i hear someone mention the 300 as a beginner bike, it surprises me. I own a 2025 MY myself, with the KRT livery. I think this is the best livery for the 300, it might be biased. I just wanted to know your thoughts on the bike's relaunch. It is value for money? Is the power good enough for you guys?

Motorcycle help

Ive recently started using this motorcycle we’ve had laying around for years since it was my brothers but he passed so it was just there but my dad would occasionally ride it around the block, other than that it’s basically new since it’s only got 9k miles on it but the problem is that for some reason it won’t stay on when idle and I have to keep the rpm’s above 3 so that it stays on. I changed the oil and put a new battery on it already but it just won’t stay on any ideas?

Crank No Start Error Code 21

Bought this crank no start ninja. Cranks strong like its about to fire up, you can hear it prime as it should but nothing
Background story goes: someone Killswitched him at an intersection, and then someone bumped into his back wheel right after bike was laid down on his leg, but not fully dropped. Picked back up and NEVER started back again. Since then they replaced with brand New Ecu, replaced Tip Sensor. Replaced Stator along with the connected Crankshaft Position Sensor, they also Bypassed the Killswitch (they tied both wires together inside the plastics housing) so it’s always in the “On Position”
You crank it then the check engine light flashes like 10ish times. I check the error code and gives me just “21” error code. Meaning Crankshaft Position sensor within the stator housing. No visible damage )I also opened the case and it literally looks brand new. Previous person did replace the whole stator/ and crank sensor so not sure why it still doesn’t work. Also something weird with the old stator that came from factory on the bike had the 2 crank sensor wires cut from the inside part for whatever reason. New one looks brand new though looks oem also so should be a problem but it’s giving me that code.
I paid some “mechanic” off fb to diagnose the problem all he said was “your not getting spark you need new spark plugs.” So that pissed me off and feel literally scammed. That that’s all he did and took my money.
I removed the brand new looking stator out w the sensor to inspect literally looks brand spanking new. It’s currently off rn. I order a used oem replacement and in the process of shipping it back for my money because it was all damaged from the wires it pissed me off so bad that idiot mentioned nothing about the damage so I will need to order ANOTHER ONE AGAIN OMG… used oem on eBay because a new oem one is like $555…. And a third party chines one is like $45. I’m thinking even though it says it’s this crank sensor it’s not.. cause it looks brand new.
I did install brand new ngk spark plugs iridium.
I resoldered the killswitch how it originally is supposed to be connected to the switch. When I get more money ima order a used known working condition one from eBay. I also seen one video were this guys Kawasaki threw this same 21 error code because his killswitch “start” button was messed up he cleaned it and it had nothing to do with the crank sensor but it fixed it for him.
Also heard a weak battery will also cause this code 21 to pop up so I also need to save up for a new battery to rule that out
I don’t have a multi meter to check volts on things yet either. I try cranking with clutch in and kickstand up and same nothing. Please help me before I loose my mind more

Chain and sprocket check: Does this look like its time for a replacement?

Hey everyone,

Im trying to gauge how long left i have on my chain and sprocket.

Id like another opinion whether this needs to be replaced soon or i can adjust the slack a bit and keep riding it.

The lines are towards the back of the bike, which make me think i wont be able to keep stretching it out to reduce the slack.

Ive done a pull rest at different parts of the chain and theres less than half a sprocket tooth visible.

Currently its at 27 781 kms, 2013 model with ABS, just in case it matters.

Thank yoy everyone!!
