Thank you, Nintendo SF Employees!
It was my first time in San Francisco yesterday and I had no idea they opened a Nintendo store! I’ve never been to one (though I’m sure the only other one is in NYC to my knowledge), so it was my first time experiencing the store! Everything about it was amazing! The displays, the merch, and the giant tv that had switch games playing.
I was looking to buy a Splatoon jacket and the employees were kind! They told me I could try it, where the mirror was, and answered my questions about the material of it. I know it’s simple customer service gesture, but I did appreciate it! I really love the jacket!
What really topped it off was when I went to go pay for my items! There was an employee there who asked me if I play a lot of Splatoon since I was buying the jacket, shirt, and a banner! Our conversation shifted to a talk about Pokemon and I was told how more Pokemon items are coming in stock because of the Championships coming up! Right before I left, they gave me some Pokemon cards! I don’t care if they’re valuable or not, but it was the gesture that really made my day at the store! Not sure if it’s appropriate to name drop, but if you’re reading this thank you so much again! I had an overall beautiful experience at the store!
