My new obsession is turning my friends' characters into cross-stitch patterns
This is mine.

This is mine.
Spooky season is coming up so I'm working on some Halloween designs! First up is a Pumpkin Togepi keychain. I kind of want to do a winter version too, maybe with a broken ornament shell? Pattern by Lillipaya!
Second completed piece in my quest to hand embroider all my favorite pokemon evolution lines!
I finally finished all the Sinnoh Legendary faries. Uxie is still my favorite of the bunch!
Self-drafted pattern (stitching together about 6 SNES screen lengths together). About 39"x52"
Posted earlier in r/crossstitch, figured this would be a good sub to throw it on as well.
First piece larger than a keychain I've done in the better part of 20 years, recently got back into stitchcraft, and felt this would be a good piece as a self-reminder of the road I've taken to get to where I am now, to be mindful of the choices I make going forward.
Would've finished it a fair bit earlier, started it around christmas of last year, but life and procrastination continued to rear their ugly heads. Finished this a few days ago, and have about a dozen other projects to work through over the next few years.
Just finished writing up the pattern for this lil one!
hi alllll,
wanted to share one of my most recent projects!!!
i beaded the Kanto Gym Badges from Pokemon
absolutely love how they turned out!!!! they are lined with size 15/0 miyukis, then filled w size 11/0 miyukis. backed with leather and bar pins.
i really love beading nerdy shit, and i’m happy i finally crossed this one off the to do list!
Completed all three Meowths!
I'm new-ish to cross stitch and am really proud of this one! The pattern is by GameofThreads on Etsy.
I crocheted a camera bag and photo sleeve holder, to be a kids' photo op at a birthday party!
About 5-6 hours in so far and I’m half done Birdo. Next up are the little details like the tail spikes and pretty red bow 😊 wanted to share so far cuz I’m super proud haha. 🎀
Sleeping Link from the OOT remake trailer. Pattern can be found at <a href="https://www.etsy.com/listing/4519286611/zelda-cross-stitch-pattern-kawaii-gaming?ref=share\_ios\_native\_control">Zelda Cross Stitch Pattern</a>
made this for my friends birthday, wailord is his favorite! i forgot to take take more pics before i gave it to him though :/ eyes are painted because i didn't have small enough safety eyes and because i was too lazy to embroider something this small lol
edit: pattern is by pkpieces on etsy, but i did end up making a couple of modifications
30k stitches, 105 colors, on 18-count aida, 9.75" x 11"
Started this last year, got distracted by other projects, finally did the remaining 95% over the past month! By far the most colors I've used in a single project so far.
Sprites sourced from spritersresource (and used to make a self-drafted pattern)
A while back I posted a yarn bowl I made shaped like Tarountula. Since then I’ve used it so much I found myself wanting a more portable one. So here’s tiny shiny Yarnboutula yarn holster ver.! The inner shell is an empty blind box toy capsule (purchased in a lot off eBay so now I’ve got a dozen more to do something with…).
Also included OG Yarnboultula, which has become more like Sewing Basketula lately but it’s so convenient to just toss random stuff into the ball, out of sight haha.
