A bit of our recent builds by LightningFFXIII&Genj
(Light&Genj)
In the middle of my new build and I had a visitor.
Im not done with this room but I couldn’t help myself.
This build was SO FUN to do. I've been a huge Godzilla fan for many decades. I'm also okay if I never have to place another statue again.
Oh hey interlopers, can you believe it, the AI's got us a job! So we went down to this infested rock to stomp some worms. First we found a bug though, gorgeous specimen, and she went straight in the collection. I had to stop Riggs from chasing the big one round the whole planet, he'd have a go if he could! Then we got to work... Enjoy the pics, Ronch out.
Introducing the APT700 "The Mint Condition". The first of its kind. The latest fighter technology brought to you by the finest ship rights in the galaxy, the autophage of course. This ship ain't for no noodle armed Geks. With 4.4k manuvarbility and 2.5k lightyear jump distance it requires precision reflexes and strong constitution. Triple cyclotron ballistas and 2 rocket launchers pack a big punch.
It's captain Silas "the Scrap" Mercer is begging someone to come along and try and disrupt his nip trade lines he patrols. Perfect ship for dealing with pirates and those pigs the space police sentinels.
Orders are currently being accepted but don't expect your ship anytime soon beauty and precision such as this takes time. Color includes autophge orange. That's it why would you want any other color? Unless you're a Gek or Gek sympathizer in either case come to Calypso and let captain Scrap get some target practice in.
Bringing the base to the ship!
Hey everyone, just wanted to share an update on my current project, the Venom Claw.
The decoration is already about 85% to 90% finished! The thing is, the space inside this ship is so huge—it's honestly like a mall. No matter how many things you put in there, it feels endless and like it's never going to fill up. Despite that endless space, I have successfully installed almost all of the core functioning materials inside. There are only a few minor things missing at this point, which I might jump into Blender to custom-build and add in later.
This build was specifically designed to make you feel right at home. It brings together everything you love about your settlements, your personal planetary base, and your freighter—all seamlessly accessible right here on your Corvette. Having all of these amenities consolidated in one place isn't just awesome; it feels absolutely necessary.
Why the Portal is an Absolute Game-Changer
I know it might sound exaggerated to anyone else, but having the fully integrated portal on board is the absolute greatest feature for me—period. In my entire building career, it's the best thing I've ever had, strictly in my opinion, just because of how incredibly accessible, easy, and convenient it is. I love traveling from place to place taking pictures, sightseeing in other galaxies where I've set up base parts, or heading down into deep water.
Just imagine it: You're in your ship, traveling through space, and you realize you forgot something from your base. What do you have to do? You don't need to fly all the way back to a space station or your planetary base. You just stop navigating right in the middle of nowhere, step out of your cockpit, and go straight to the portal right behind you to travel instantly. Just like that. Better yet, if you ever run out of Uplink Orbitals, you can simply use the portal to warp yourself directly to the space station. For me, that level of accessibility makes it the coolest feature you could possibly have.

A quick note for the community:
Please be noted that I am not using the Anomaly. I always play with my network turned off, and I will never take this custom ship to the Anomaly or to any Corvette meetups. I respect other players and do not want to risk ruining someone's save file, so I simply do not go there.
I play strictly solo. I don't like to mingle with people in-game; I prefer to be alone so I can concentrate and spend my time doing my work—building massive ships and bases. That is my game. I am just saying this frankly to stop people from assuming that I go to the Anomaly, because I never have and never will. If I want to mingle, talk to people, or learn new things, there is Discord. Discord is where you can actually share knowledge and learn, which is much better than going to the Anomaly. Thank you.
Im glad that people are actually coming and building communities, i hope you guys keep coming and build their base here, planet its perfect, and its actually having people close on this game where it feels kinda lonely sometimes, i hope more people come and enjoy the planet and build crazy buildings like hotels, restaurant, meeting points, i dont know, surprise us, peace and love guys, keep sharing and keep coming, feels like home <3
Hey everyone! Just wanted to share my latest creation with you all. I hope you like it.
It's an imaginary hybrid concept I came up with—kind of mixing the look of a crab and a scorpion, but inspired by the classic Enterprise shape. I improvised the crab's vice-grip claws into a semi-claw style, paired it with a mechanical dragon tail, and reworked the rest with a starship-inspired saucer head, body, and warp nacelles. Just had fun re-improvising everything using available parts. Let me know what you think!
(Note for the comments: Please do respect that I play completely solo and keep my network settings disabled. I never take this ship to the anomaly, so no save files or game files can ever be corrupted or harmed. I just love creating starships and corvettes, and I also like using Blender. I don't really mingle a lot with people—I just wanted to showcase this and let people see what I can build. If you want to see my corvette in-game, you can just message me and we can meet up, but again, I won't be bringing it to the anomaly!)
Oh hey interlopers, so we warped into a wealthy little Korvax system today, and the Squadron guys had been on the Grah Grah, so you know what that meant. Pirating time!
It all started out well, then those little sentinal buggers turned up so we gave them a thrashing just in time for their big buddy to turn up. Laughter and battle hymns that would have made Hirk proud rang through the comms as we fought like warrior poets, or drunk Vy'keen, and made short work of the robots battleship.
Hey everyone!
I’m putting together a quick recap of the custom ships I’ve built from July to August to showcase everything I've put together over the last couple of months.
Just a quick heads-up: I never take these ships to the Anomaly. Whether the part count is high or small, I always stay strictly solo and keep multiplayer turned off just to be safe—I never wanted to risk ruining anyone's save file! I just prefer to play completely on my own and am not one to hang out in crowded spaces.
Let me know which design stands out to you the most from this recap, and thanks everyone!
How awesome is Riggs! That's all I got.
(Just curious, what is everyone's favorite exocraft?)
Hey guys, so I love chucking on some music while chilling and playing NMS and find I have a different "soundtrack" depending on what I'm doing. For example when I'm just building or mining or doing something where I'm fairly static I'll put on some old school rock, the Beatles, Credence Clearwater Revival, The Eagles even some Chuck Berry or Little Richard (old school, my parents influence). When I'm exploring or jumping around a planet with Riggs (my minotaur) I'll put on some AC/DC, Van Halen, Black Sabbath maybe some Guns and Roses or Red Hot Chilli Peppers. Then when we go out looking for a fight with sentinels or nasty bugs or Pirating I'll put on something that gets me going, Disturbed, Korn, Slipknot some System of a Down etc.
So I was just wondering, do others have a personal "soundtrack" and what do you listen too while getting out into the universe. Or do you prefer the games soundtrack, or perhaps you turn music off all together? Just curious.
Alright Interlopers, Riggs and I were out for a stroll getting ready to do some scappin when we came across this guy. By Hirk he's a Dino that looks like a Dino, I know it's rare right! Be warned they got a nasty temper.
Hey? What was that? (quiet rustling) So I was told to tell you all it's an SSB if that makes sense to you.
Grah, also interlopers, if you head down here you can pick up this little horned guy, his stats are rubbish apparently but I thought there might be some explorers into dinos, more of a bug guy myself.
Lastly, there's a bunch of these interceptors lying around, me and the crew scrapped a few and moved on but if you're interested I slapped the glyphs at the bottom.
Ronch out!
This is a build that must be visited in person to really appreciate This amazing work. Bob's burgers fans Will love it, explore all of it. Easter eggs yes 👍🏾🫶🏽 the place put a smile on my face 😀
