I cannot, I repeat: CANNOT let this line play without it bringing absolute tears to my eyes. It’s both so precise and so visual - the innocence of a period in time when you didn’t understand or know all the pain and hardship you might be faced with later on.
I know so many people love Orbiter because it’s so many things to so many people, but I think it’s the cinematic nature of his writing here, the textured images he refers to and the vivid memories all at once that make this, in short, immaculate.
I am just floored by this song, and by so many of them on the album. But this specific section just makes me well up and crank the volume to max on the highway and sing harmony like I’m in the band.
I have never lost a ticketmaster presale war before this. Not having Noah Kahan tickets is bothering me more and more each day. Trying to snag 2 seats for Arlington is harder than I ever would have imagined. To anyone who has gotten resale tickets for the great divide tour, how long did it take you and what was your strategy? Constant refreshing, checking at specific times, or pure luck? please leave your tips below!

I can't stop listening to this album. I went back and re-listened to Stick Season and you can hear so many differences between the two - melodically, his amazing falsetto, I could go on and on.
I would give anything to go to a show but the prices are soooo crazy.
Normally when a new album comes out I hyperfixate on 1-2 songs and then get tired of them in about 2 weeks. With the Great Divide I’m not running into this issue because I’m hyperfixating on like 8 songs at any given time 😭😭😭 I legitimately haven’t stopped listening to this album on repeat since it dropped and I will absolutely not be getting tired of any of the songs soon because they literally all slap
I was vibing the week it was triple j’s feature album, but it says all tracks unavailable on my spotify? even though it also says released 24th April. Is this the case for Aus or is it just a bug in my spotify? and also if it’s a bug does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it please?

Mom is using his new album, which I originally posted (because I connect deeply with it as as adult child of abuse) to validate the family's actions. They legit think I'm the "asshole" in the song dashboard. And she keeps posting about "how great the album is" and he's her knew "favorite artist". I know the songs are meant to be interpreted multiple ways, but it makes me furious ngl... Any one else have a similar experience?

I was wondering if anyone knew of a vinyl for sale that has Orbiter? I was going to buy the new vinyl but saw that it doesn't have that song, and that's my favorite song so I held off in that moment hoping I could find another version somewhere.

What it says on the tin. It's been a real hot moment since I've genuinely connected with an album on such an emotional level. Most music these days has the melody or the lyrics but I can't feel the soul.
The last time I connected with an album this way, it was Folklore by Taylor Swift. Since then, I have liked songs, but never the full album. Felt a bit like a desert out here.
Really have to give Noah a hand on this one. It's great having artists like this again.
