Noelle's burst is bugged!

Hello there. I would like to ask here, among fellow Noelle mains, if something like that is happening to anyone else too and if so, if you reported it to Hoyo and which way?

After the update, Noelle's burst got bugged. Her claymore doesn't glow anymore. Only partial glow around it is present, but weapon itself isn't shining anymore. The function seems to be unaffected, she still hits the same and with same reach, but the visual is just broken for some reason. Did anyone else encounter this? And if so, have you reported this to Hoyo? And if you did, which way did you use?

I did report this to Hoyo, but I was forced to use e-mail, because there simply was not ANY other way to do it. It was always directing me towards AI Agent. Which is completely useless and cannot understand anything I say, let alone report a bug. It offered some link to give feedback, but that link is just broken and shows only blank page.

Wait does that mean Noelle isn't getting hex buff??

I saw this on genshin's YouTube and appearntly the characters getting buffed are the ones shown in the crystal ball in this video and that is: Yea Miko, Qiqi, wriothesley ,Cyno, Yumemizuki Mizuki, Beidou and Diona

I'm really sad because if hex buff isn't just a mond thing them my Noelle's chances of getting buffed gets lower because she is considered a good character that doesn't need buff to survive in the current meta

My first build vs Today's build.

I was cleaning up my laptop and found old pictures of my first builds, so i thought it would be nice to share how far my Noelle has come. (Feel free to share your own Before/After builds)

For context, while i started playing near the end of 1.0/beginning of 1.1, i didn't really do much about my artifact builds until we were near the end of 1st half of Inazuma. When i finally learned about the importance of CV and ER, Itto's banner came, but what caught my attention was his sig weapon not necesarily him as a character. 2nd pic is my most recent build and i'm still farming MH using the strongbox on the side, but nothing that can surpass my Husk set yet.

Linnea Noelle budget team

I have Linnea C0 and I am building her with my Noelle C4. I will pull Colombina and would like to C6 Noelle. In the meantime what are my 2 best last slots? I have C1 Aino, C2 Xingqiu, and C5 Illuga.
Mona is my only other viable hydro but she is on my Mualani team. I also have C1 Kachina but I am assuming she is worse than my other options.

what about the inazuma chronicled wish

I have a top 4% Noelle on the akasha and I'm planning to finish off building her with ittos weapon, but I was just wondering if I get chiori by chance should I replace gorou with her or not P.S: I'm running a lunar crystalize team with Noelle gorou Linnea and columbina, its dealing waay to much damage but I need more
