Can you be from 2 hoods in NOLA?

Some people in New Orleans say the high school you go to is what make you from a area, but that’s not 100% true because it’s people from all over the city that go to school in different areas waaay pass their hood. It’s about yo stomping grounds, Lil Wayne rep hollygrove and the East, Rob49 From the 4th and The 9th ward, Soulja slim was from Louisiana Parkway & Magnolia projects, Birdman From 13th ward and Magnola projects

In my opinion I feel like Uptown & Downtown had they shine, it’s time for The East & The West to really Get the spotlight

Some people might not like what I said but it’s facts, Niggas from the Westbank and The East kinda get overlooked. Most of The rappers from the west either Dead or in jail or Just not gettin they name up like that.
