Symmetry settings help required

How would you go about making this cube? I have tried for 2-3 hours but always ended up deleting it.

I tried this:

  1. Paint the whole thing yellow

  2. Mask the orange bits

  3. Paint the orange bits

  4. Scale/Inset the orange bits

  5. Stamp the star in yellow using my alpha mask

  6. Use the smooth operation to smooth everything

In theory this should work I believe but how do I make it symmetrical? I've been changing symmetry settings and triplanar settings countless times but I can't seem to SelMask 6 perfect squares on all sides of the cube. As well as stamp the same hand-scaled/placed star on all 6 sides.

Stylus for ipad?

Hey guys. I have an ipad 10 and looking into nomad sculpt on ipad for about 20 dollars. I noticed some artists are using a stylus for the app but the 1st gen pencil is well over 100. I was looking into something like the sonarpen 2 or similar with pen pressure. Besides the apple pencil, what other stylus can I use for nomad?

New to nomad sculpt

new to making 3D models and wondering if SouthernGFX ultimate course is good to learn how to use nomad or if there is some other tutorials that are helpful.

Also, if there are good tutorials on rendering in blender from nomad model

First time sculpting on iPad Pro! Portfolio piece

Really loved the experience of sculpting on the iPad, it will replace most of my sculpting from Wacom to iPad, Nomad sculpt UI is easy to learn and follow coming from ZBrush
Used RaZum Digital Clay Set for this piece.

Anyway to easily adjust eye sockets to perfectly fit eye blanks?

I can’t make it so these eyes fit and also get a clean, non wiggly cut and really need something clean for these sockets. Any help is appreciated

Pony V2 💖

Thank you for all the support I got on my first sculpt! I had said that I was excited to revisit the reference once I had learned more and I can't believe the amount I've been able to learn in just 3 days 🫪

I've been watching and following along with Dave Reed's tutorials on YouTube and they have been SO helpful!

Since people asked last time, the blue and white pony I've named Sapphire Glow and the orange pony is Peach Rings <3

Feedback on doll design

Hi everyone,

I hope your well,

I was wondering if you could please give me some honest feedback on my doll design, what you think of it and if you think it's an interesting design for children?

I'm aiming to make a 4+ doll please give criticisms.

I made this on nomad sculpt.

Also does anyone know how to get a doll produced and made in the UK? in terms of getting the joints made and the injection moulding?

Thank you

I'm trying to design a doll for 4+ i

Mechanic - progress (WIP)

Follow up on my mechanic sculpt. Made her to fit the Aliens universe. I'm thinking she's a reluctant recruit to the space marines on a failed mission somewhere.

Made a t-pose to enable posing. Not sure how to pose high poly stuff in Nomad though. The model consists of a barebone anatomy sculpt with layers of clothing, which makes the process of posing way more complex. Any tips are greatly appreciated!
