How do I move molten tungsten out of an input?

I was trying to make some HSS-G coils but only realised that I need an IV assembler after I put the molten tungsten in and also found out I can't get it out using any pipes or anything. I don't want to waste 16 tungsten either so what should I do???
(also this is ceu)
(sorry if its the wrong sub)

How to transfer power mid/late game?

I'm at IV tier right now, and about to enter LuV. I have a centralized power system (extreme combustion engines) that is directly converted to rf then connected to my ae2 system using p2p tunnels. Then I have another output p2p tunnel into 500,000+ rf throughput worth of vibrant capacitor banks that I use to power my base. But, currently I'm using end steel conduits which only support up to IV, and I've placed well over a thousand already. I have access to signalum conduits but I am not looking forward to replacing a thousand conduits. What should I do? My plan is to rework my power transfer by connecting the power generation outputs directly to EU p2p tunnels, then transferring that to a power substation (and make a new/seperate base) that relies on gt 64 amp cables for transfer. Then the old one will still be supplied energy using energy converters (4 A or 16 A). Not sure if this is a good idea though, I'm just looking for a better power grid structure.

Why isn't my research stable building properly?

[FIXED]

When I try to put together a research station, the multiblock assembler says that there are no problems but the research station is not deserting the multiblock. I have tried automatically placing the structure as well as copying from neu. Any help is appreciated
